Quiet and very clean. Good bed. Biscuit house on the property for breakfast. Many other dining options within 1/4 mile. Not far from the beach. Assigned parking space was nice. Shower was really small but it worked so not a big deal.

Small, quaint cottage like room in a quiet neighboorhood of Seaview. Close to the beach, shopping and many restaurants. Would stay here again.

We were in the "small queen", having reserved only a few days before. It was quite spacious in the bedroom. It was not the smallest bathroom, but the width was tighter than was truly comfortable. That one item was far outweighed by all the wonderful other aspects.

Very nice cottage 15, very small shower/bathroom. Kitchen/living room welcome but extremely loud vent fan. Clean and neat overall. Well worth it

The cabin was clean, nicely updated and had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay.

Cute cottages, however whatever cleaning products they use left an overpowering scent. We had to open all the windows and move the garbage can (with a scented bag) outside, and it still gave my wife and I headaches. Our parking spot was also right next to the on-site restaurant, and there were garbage bags left out in the open which were torn open by some critters. Since COVID my experience has been that many places now over-do it with cleaning, as if to make a point of how sanitary they are, but if you're scent sensitive, you may want to try a different place.

Cute historic cottages, ideal for 2 people. Huge bed and really comfy, we slept really well. Had patio doors open a crack for ventilation so could hear a bit of road noise, but it's not super busy so OK (cottages nearer front would be worse). Nice big bathroom, no jostling for space for a change! Great shower, good free wifi, good kitchen facilities. Can easily walk to the massive beach and some restaurants down the road. A great start to our road trip!

Nice cute place

It’s not overlooking the sea as I thought it might be. It’s in Seaview ha ha. Looked sketchy at first but was actually very very nice! We had cabin 5 which is right on the roadside but it was great. Noticed #15 had a short fence which would be great for a dog fyi.

Very nicely appointed

The floor in Cabin #5 is uneven and slants downward pretty badly in the tiny bathroom. When I climbed in the bed, there was a bunch of sand between the sheets.

Place was very cute and a great walkable distance from the beach. Unfortunately there was garbage left from the previous guests left in the room and there was no hand soap in the bathroom (which was VERY small). With that being said, I would still return though! The seaview biscuits place next door was also a great addition.

Beautiful area and convenient location. Room was very warm and humid with no window available to leave open and air out.

Loved the biscuit breakfast next door and the slight distance to the Kite Festival. Would choose this clean, fair priced stay.

I really liked this place. The room was great and perfect for us. It was a pet room and although we didn't bring our pups it would've been great for them. The only thing I didn't like was, it's close to the road. Next time I'll pick a different cabin. The staff was very helpful and friendly.I'll be back for sure
