Great central location Lovely chiq vibe

Nice hotel with lovely design. The rooms are not so big but comfortable. Breakfast was good. Reception and the staff was very nice, very helpful. They just need to put more toilettries in the bathroom. No shower gel, no shampoo, just a small bar of soap for everything.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our room was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Spa was lovely. Walking distance to Vatican. 2 minute walk to metro.

Tutto davvero perfetto, camera pulitissima e gradevole nello stile, personale sempre professionale e sorridente, colazione eccellente. Davvero una piacevole sorpresa per me.

The staff was very helpful, nice and friendly. The food was nice. The pool and sauna are great, we had a few inconveniences with getting towels and the lockers but other than that everything was awesome.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Rome, especially if you plan on going to the Vatican which is only a 20ish minute walk away. There was also a metro station right next to the property which made it so easy to get downtown. Super friendly staff and great place. We had a late flight out the day of checkout and they even held our bags for us while we went out and explored, free of charge!

Hotel was very clean nice staff members and very quirky nice bar area Very easy to walk to the Vatican City and catch the metro would definitely recommend

O Mama é incrível irretocável

We really enjoyed our stay at Mama Shelter Roma. It was very easy to walk a few blocks to the train station and make our way out to many other points of interest. Also Mama Shelter has the best pizza hands down!!! And an awesome staff!!!

Wonderful clean property a little out of the way from Rome central but it was nice, quiet and very artsy. Very clean & comfortable plus the staff are all very courteous!

Muy buen hotel, las habitaciones y las amenidades incluidas, tanto en el hotel como en sus alrededores, unido a la cercanía del metro, lo hacen ideal si vas a visitar Roma.

Senza dubbio l'Hotel è nuovo e ben tenuto ma bisogna rivedere il modo di porsi con i clienti, parlare con il sorriso in faccia non è sinonimo di gentilezza, la vera differenza si ha quanto si viene incontro ad una richiesta del cliente senza rispondere in modo automatico e ripetendo le stesse parole, a volte sarebbe giusto verificare le situazioni ed ammettere i propri errori. Sembra un Hotel che voglia improntarsi al lusso ma fallisce miseramente, svelando la facciata da Hotel mediocre che è. Inoltre se prenotate con Hotel.com come membri silver il buono millantato da 25€ non esiste una volta arrivati in struttura. Non Avrete shampoo per i vostri capelli

The room was really comfortable and quiet with a balcony area. Spacious bathroom - staff made up the room daily. Restaurant on site. 2 mins walk from a 24 hr supermarket and 5 mins from Cipro metro. Two things to be aware of - there are no coffee making facilities in the room and TV can only be hooked up via airplay/screen casting. Lots of free movies available though. Would definitely stay again.

It was a quiet hotel but absolutely chaotic. The check in process was ridiculous. No hotel overview. No information on WiFi or spa/pool use or breakfast or anything. It was a good thing I read reviews beforehand to know you had to ask in order to get answers. In addition, our check in was awful. All the staff was wearing training badges. Weird. They gave us a room on the first floor after specifically stating our desire for an upper floor away from elevators. When we asked to be moved they then gave us a smaller room than what we paid for and it turns out it was a multiple connecting room for a family. We ended up having to go back to the original room since we were staying on property for 4 days. The street noise was loud so even though it doesn’t matter, I would still request a higher floor. In addition, we witnessed several irate customers yelling at front desk staff over rooms. The theme was they paid for a certain room class and were given the wrong room. Happened to us so seems on theme. Overall, room was fine. Bed was fine. Restaurant in hotel was good. Breakfast was lovely. Location was easy to get to metro. Not a lot around hotel but easy to get around the city. If you have kids, this would be a great place since they have an arcade. For the price and the annoying factor, I would say it was worth the stay. If your patience is lower, there are other options.

Sono stato attratto dqlla.vicinanza alla metro cornelia, ma poi mi hanno conquistato lo stile decisamente originale, la cordialità dello staff e la comodità del letto. Discreta la spa, ottima la palestra. Tornero volentieri
