Property itself was nice. Room was really small. No window. Bed was outdated and uncomfortable. AC unit did not function properly.

Very large facility … the rooms and bathrooms were tiny

Hotel was just ok. Location was not good. The area was not nice to walk around and you needed a taxi to go to the nice areas. We wish we stayed closer to the Vatican or Colosseum. We just didn’t know the best areas to stay it didn’t have anything to do with cost.

Definitely a very fancy hotel, however the building is old, so the rooms are maybe a bit worn, but in fine condition. Huge place full of art and many activities, and we enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful hotel. Beds and pillows were harder than I prefer. A/C was blocked by drapes so room was too warm. People above us could be heard walking. So great for the price.

Eine Oase inmitten eines nicht ganz so schönen Viertels, jedoch mit sehr guten Anbindungen (U-Bahn und Bus zum Flughafen). Nach einem Tag in der lebhaften Stadt Rom war es ein Genuss, in den schönen Park zu kommen. Im großen und ganzen war das Personal freundlich; das Zimmer wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer, das gegenüber einer Militäreinrichtung lag. Das störte trotz morgendlichen Appell jedoch keineswegs. Auf jeden Fall ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Good breakfast. No swimming pool.

The check-in process was very easy. The elevator going up was kind of scary because you didn't know if it was moving or not, but the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were upgraded to a jr suite which included a separate bedroom and living room area. The hotel staff was friendly and the food at the Spring Bar was good.
