Property was clean, looked well maintained, provided the basics in the room however it lacked information and support you would need to know when travelling.
It is all self serve and they had no checkin or help desk. Our room was meant to be assigned 24hrs prior but ours was assigned a couple hours before we were arriving, if you didnt have wifi, you wouldnt be able to access instructions to get into your room.
We had no information on how to get towel and supplies replaced in the room while there.
No info on where to go if you need help/if you need your card replaced etc.
Self service is great and you randomly run into one of the staff in the mornings but if u dont run into them, you dont know where to get stuff.
