We stayed as a group of 3 in a 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The apartment decor was beautiful, and the double bed in the bedroom was incredibly comfortable. We absolutely loved the balcony—it was such a relaxing spot to sit out, chat, and unwind. Also, a special mention to the shower gel provided; the quality was excellent and it had a beautiful fragrance! However, there are two areas that could be improved. Firstly, the mattress on the sofa bed was quite thin. It would be much better if it could be thicker; unfortunately, because it wasn't very comfortable, the guest sleeping on the sofa bed ended up leaving one night early, which was a bit of a pity. Secondly, we understand that a portion of the building is residential and has parking available. It would make the guest experience a 10 out of 10 'perfect' if some of those parking spaces could be reserved or allocated for hotel clients. Despite these points, it is a lovely place with high-quality details, and we appreciate the stay!

I recently stayed at Cove Landmark Pinnacle in London and had a fantastic experience overall. I booked a 1-bed apartment, and the size of the room really stood out, it felt spacious, which is something you don’t always find in London. The apartment was very well laid out, with a fully equipped cooking area that made it easy to prepare meals, and even included a dishwasher! There is a comfortable living room with space to relax in with a sofa and TV. The bedroom was not as grand but, due to the thoughtful design, felt very private and had plenty of wardrobe space. Everything in the apartment was clean and modern, with a sleek, contemporary design that made the stay feel both comfortable and a bit luxurious. It’s clear that this is well maintained, and attention to detail hasn’t been overlooked. What really made the stay even better was the staff. When I arrived, they were friendly and welcoming, which created a great first impression. Overall, Cove Landmark Pinnacle is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a spacious, modern apartment-style stay in London with great facilities and warm, professional service. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean and stylish and very comfortable

This is probably the only place I'll stay when visiting London it's only a seven minute walk from the Canary wharf pier where you can take the ferry straight to Big Ben and all the other tourist attractions and it gets you very close to the Piccadilly line the Internet was great the properties. Great location is great. The room was spacious.Everything was perfect.

Was going good till I was accused of smoking in the property and they tried to charge me £240 for smoking luckily for me I’m not one to let a hotel rob me of my money so I let them pre-auth a card with no money inside so it didn’t go through haha

Stayed here on 6th March for my partner’s birthday and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. When we first entered our apartment we were hit with a very strong drain/sewage smell that filled the entire room. Staff came to check and agreed the smell was very unpleasant, but we were initially told nothing could be done as maintenance had left and the building was fully booked. Because of this we actually booked another apartment elsewhere so the evening wasn’t ruined. As we were leaving, reception suddenly said another room was available, which was frustrating after already being told there was nothing they could do. The second room didn’t smell, but the bedding had visible stains and the towels were marked with what looked like makeup. On top of that, we had to call concierge several times during the night because of loud music from a neighbouring apartment which completely disrupted our sleep. The staff were polite, but between the foul smell, cleanliness issues and noise, the stay really didn’t live up to expectations — especially as it was meant to be a special birthday trip.
