Che dire, un albergo al centro, di Cracovia, molto bello, pulito. Abbiamo avuto un problema alla camera (blackout) ci hanno subito cambiato camera. Personale gentile e professionale. Quindi, molto consigliato

Great hotel with lovely, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming feel. The only downside was that there seemed to be just one front-of-house staff member at a time, which meant longer queues for check-in and check-out. With a bit more support at reception, it would be absolutely perfect.

Perfectly situated for local cafes, bars and restaurants. Although the hotel was busy it was very quiet. Staff friendly and professional. Spotlessly clean hotel, rooms are a good size and furnished to a high standard. Popular, excellent Stockholm cafe just a few doors away where you can watch them make freshly baked delicious pastries and good coffee served in large mugs. Great value hotel and excellent location.

Great spot in the old Jewish quarter, walking distance to everything, great breakfast and spacious rooms! Would return again

Nice hotel, very clean and comfy in a great location for exploring the city, only gripe was the early closing of the hotel bar, but there is plenty of bars close by if that’s your thing

Located in Jewish quarter.Fantastic location , numerous cafes , bars, restaurants, other street food outlets. Easy walking to anywhere. Very safe, quiet. Excellent hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff

An excellent hotel which was ideally situated for walking around the main sights of Krakow. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Krakow

The property was very nice. The morning breakfast was great with many choices. We had an issue with the room attendant. They did not leave enough coffee and creamers on several days. Also, I asked for small wash cloth for the bathroom. They had no idea what I was talking about. They only had the larger hand towels and full size bath towels. This was a big issue for us as we use a small washcloth with a bar of soap to get a shower.

Vi blev mycket positivt överraskade av vår vistelse. Hotellet känns helt nyrenoverat. Rummet var fräscht och snyggt, sängen lite hård, men bekväm, badrummet i toppklass. Frukosten var utmärkt, även för oss som inte äter kött (vilket i sig kan vara en utmaning i Polen). Servicen var även den i toppklass. Den enda anmärkningen är, och den är inte stor, att incheckningen var kl 16 vilket var lite senare än vad vi är vana vid. Rekommenderar detta hotell varmt!

Ottima struttura, pulita e accogliente situata in una bella zona piena di locali e a 10 minuti dal Castello del Wawel. Consigliatissimo

I loved this property and my room so much. I arrived very late (around 2am), and the reception team were so lovely. The room was gorgeous and well cleaned. Beware that some nights there is an outdoor cinema (I believe it was Friday and Saturday night) however this does end before the silent time begins.
