Nothing like what I saw on the net .

I really enjoyed my stay. I have read the other reviews which say odd things given that this is a hotel in a tropical region which just had a hurricane. The hotel was exactly what you would expect for a relaxed tropical experience. If you are looking for a resort that is antiseptic without any of the local flair then go there. This hotel was very safe, and they constantly checked to see if I was happy and if I needed anything at all. With the wifi being down on most of the island they had a backup wifi for anyone who needed it. I will absolutely stay here again. This was exactly the vibe I was looking for and the views were spectacular, the AC strong, the beds comfortable, the staff kind and welcoming, the sounds of the nature better than any white noise to put you to sleep. Ignore the reviews that were clearly looking for something other than a local hotel in the tropics. Walk 5 minutes to the street just above the hotel and have a delicious dinner at peppas with ocean views.

The room where I stayed in had a broken window where someone could come through it, there was lots of mosquitoes coming through it that bite my son it wasn’t worth my £75 for the night I would never go there again also there was no hot water and internet in the place

There was ocean view from the balcony. The touch lighted mirror is cute. Some rooms still have dilapidated furniture not suitable to sleep on or use. Toilet paper and hand sanitizer was given upon request and not before. Linen was dingy white with stains. It was hard to tell if towels were clean or just very old and dingy.Bathroom floor needs renovation.

Do not go there they don’t have any Wi-Fi and they do not address it on the website when when you’re doing booking They are very unprofessional and very ghetto not safe at all

Staff was awesome we met the owner. New York vibe and staff bent over backwards to help us out with whatever we needed. Would highly recommend!!

Door to room was damaged. TV/WIFI did not work. No means of obtaining food or beverages on the property. Bathroom toilet seat pitted and rusty looking. No shower head in shower. Electical sockets damaged; half of them didn't work. The whole place was run down; in disrepair. Next time will stay at the HOTEL GRAND A VIEW, across the street.

It’s old needs updating and looks very unclean reception staff very unhelpful

Let's start with the greeting. Don't want to mention that the airlines lost my luggage but it is what it is. Chris and Face helped me to obtain clothes and toiletries due to the fact i had nothing. They made me feel safe and comfortable. The rating chart is too low if i could i wold give them 10 stars. This nice quiet family owned resort is kind and compassionate They make you feel like you're apart of their family. Thabk you for you kindness.

I did not stay longer than 10min. I got sick from the strong chemicals used to cover dust, wetness and moldy smell. I was symptomatic after 5min. I visited 2 rooms and none was accommodating. I ask for a refund immediately as advertisement is misleading and inaccurate but both hotlel.com and big apple denied me a refund. Terrible service on big sides. Also they said I request honeymoon sweet and that was inaccurate.

Check in was smooth and they provided options of available rooms to choose from. The place was very run down but the view was nice and there was a pac man machine in the room which my 8 year old liked. There was no fridge, no microwave, no kettle or coffee pot, no bottled water in the room or at the front desk, and soap provided was labeled as laundry soap. The only part of the room that appeared clean were the sheets thankfully.

If this is the only hotel you can afford do not even book a trip to Jamaica

The rooms were very very old and dirty. The sheets and pillow case had stains, couldn't connect to wifi, slippes on watee on the front porch. And no hot water. ,i can go on and on

Great view from balcony! No food on site but excellent recommendation with Peppers restaurant walking distance block away. Air conditioner was working but did without nevertheless.

The room and bathroom was very dirty. I would never come back there or send anyone there. it wasca disgrace to stay there

Staff was friendly & fun. Had a good stay for one night
