Was worried about staying at this property because last month we stayed in hayatt hotel but how manager handled everything was amazing,I suffer with my stomach and soon as he found out he ask chef’s to make moong khichadi for us. 5 minutes walk and you see marks and Spencer and other good stores and if you take rickshaw and visit lovely park and all famous places so it’s a very convenient spot.I would stay here again and recommend to everyone because the service we get from here never gets from other 5stars hotels.

Hotel staffs have communication issues with guests.

Hotel clean and professianal ,staff very helpful and respected ,they are always ready to help you ,breakfast alacarte ,location good ,there are everything that you need ,metro station very near ,overall was very good for me

Excellent central location with every necessity at hand. A caring, efficient, personable staff who respond to needs. Comfortable rooms with all amenities. If in Lucknow again, I will certainly stay here.

Great location close to fast foods and we discovered favourite/best kebab and curry place. Better than Tunday Kebab. Al-Zaiq. Only complaint is that hot water is not 24hrs. Only comes on in morning. But they made us a hot bucket for night.
