Great location and facilities

This was my fourth stay at the Ace Brooklyn and the hotel gets better and better each time. The staff is wonderful, the hotel is beautiful, and it feels like the hotel anticipates every need before I even know that I have one. Love this place!

Fitness room is substandard Room was very clean, quiet, bed was comfortable. Housekeeping missed leaving towels and other stuff but front desk delivered quickly

It’s a happening hotel, so be prepared for a possible event or two!

I had a great stay at the Ace. Compared to hotels I've stayed at in Manhatten, I felt truly at home. Staff were super friendly but not in your face, room is large enough to spread out. Carpet on the floors is gross, and the curtains were pulled slightly off the runner but you can't have everything. I would also add that for the price it seems weird there's no complementary water in the room. Seems an easy win for them. Super convenient getting into the city and from JFK. I even walked to my office in tribeca on two of the days.

Great location near Downtown Brooklyn. Easy walk to Atlantic Avenue area for shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Staff was attentive and terrific when needed.

A great Brooklyn hotel. Clean, close to trains, and walkable to the best of Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, and Brooklyn Heights. I'll definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The building itself is beautiful. It's worth noting there's no coffee in the rooms, which past reviews had shared. I appreciated knowing this ahead of time so I could plan for it. The location was incredibly convenient for getting in and out of Manhattan. They also gave me early check-in. Would 100% stay again.
