What a great guest house to stay in, was greeted with a big warm welcome from Hyacinth the owner, friendly and went over and above to make our stay very memorable. Location was brilliant and a fab view of the beach. Bed was so comfortable and spotless, had a bathroom with shower and a bathtub. Full English Breakfast was exceptional. It’s definitely 5star.

The host is so nice and friendly, clean room very nicely done. We stayed in room one a beautiful view, gorgeous breakfast everything tasted so fresh and good quality Definitely staff again as it’s so great if your going to the pavilion xx

Lovely guesthouse with clean, well equipped rooms and amazing views. Brilliantly situated at the end of the beach and harbour. Lovely owners who are friendly and helpful. Lots to do in the area in all weathers. We look forward to returning when we are next in Weymouth

Great location if you are attending a performance at the Pavilion.

Very welcoming and helpful owners. Helped my Mum carry up my suitcase while I was searching for a parking on a very busy bank holiday. Parking may be an issue especially on a busy weekend. They are given a small amount of permits by the council so you may have to find your own parking. Location is ideal especially for the beach and harbour. Room was compact but very clean . Shower was a little delicate which the staff are aware of.

Lovely guest house, the lady that runs it is a gem ❤️ we stayed in room 3, overlooking Weymouth Bay, perfect views. We never had breakfast, parking was an issue, not the properties fault, it was a very hot bank holiday weekend. Tea,coffee and fresh milk in the room, cute room, perfect for a 1 night stay, location is perfect for the bay and harbour. We found a lovely B&B, thanks, Sarah & Alan

Absolutely wonderful hosts, super friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help in anyway. I became a little unwell during my stay, and the host was very kind to me. Room was spotless, beautiful view, everything worked 👍 couldn't fault it. Breakfast was super, food well cooked and presented - tasty local produce. Will definately return!

So close to the beach and all amenities and right next door to The Pavillion where we were going that evening. The room was just right though small and compact. The bed very comfortable so got a good nights sleep. It was all very clean which was fab. Lovely tasty breakfast. The parking was difficult as so busy but everything else made up for it! Would definitely visit again.

Very friendly hosts. Good location. Fortunate to have a parking space. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Good breakfast. Room at the top with lots of stairs. Not for older people. Dated furniture and room required updating. Bathroom fan very noisy. £110 per night B&B for out of season too expensive. Felt that the price point should be around £80 per night.

Fab stay. Lovely view of river or could have had a sea view. Equally fab. Staff very friendly. Fantastic breakfast. Right by pavilion so by sea and river. Fab fab position and fantastic guest house. Will always go back there. Recommend

Our room was clean and tidy with great attention to detail. We had a superb view of Weymouth Bay from our window. We were just a stone's throw from the Pavilion which was where we were going for the evening. Everyone, especially Hyacinth, was friendly and welcoming and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. We had a full english breakfast which was excellent. We were given a parking permit for our car which took away the worry of finding a place to park (and paying for it!)
