Everything was good other than no elevator to go on the top floor and to my understand it have been like that for months and make the trip every tired especially carrying the bags up and down and loads

Very nice hotel and location. Great view of the harbor and boardwalk area. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

It needed more activities

The Caravelle is located on the Christiansted boardwalk. Great location. Rooms are pretty vanilla, but clean and comfortable

There refrigerator was leaking and there were little roaches in the room. I notified the front desk of these issues but they were not addressed during my stay. I would not stay at this hotel again.

My room was on the third floor and the elevator wasn't working

The room was very smelled very moldy, no internet in your room. The front desk wants you to go to the lobby at 10:00 pm to use the internet. No understanding for guest neede

This place from the outside throws you off I was a little nervous but entering it has a lovely lobby and the rooms are nice and clean. All the staff were polite and accomodating the entire time. I felt comfortable and safe travelling alone for the 1st time. Literally steps away from boardwalk and tourist stores. Loved it and I will be booking there when I come again!

Older property right on the waterfront with direct boardwalk access. Rum Runner restaurant on site, with a number of other restaurants in walking distance.

Very nice property. Many places to eat within a 3-5 minute walking distance. Rather tough to park a car, especially for a place where you really must have a car
