Great location, beautiful views, very clean, friendly staff & comfortable beds. The only things that we didn't love were that the shower ceiling was slanted and very low. Anyone taller than 5'9" would have to be careful not to bump their head. The light over the dining area was also very low, we all bumped our heads on it. The terrace doors are large and light but there wasn't a way to keep them closed while out on the terrace. The seals on the terrace doors also weren't tight, might be a bit drafty in the winter. The air circulation wasn't the greatest. The bedrooms were significantly warmer than the living room even when the skylight black out shades were closed. Overall, I would still recommend a stay at Bellamy.

Room was clean. Check in was uneventful and quick. Parking is very tight if you have a larger vehicle. Room was good, bathroom was just ok - it was clean but shower was very tiny and awkward

Loved this property for our Christmas trip to Chamonix! Very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping and loved how large the rooms were in comparison to everything else in the area. Either a family of 4 and all our ski stuff, this kind of space is a luxury! Very clean. Wish they had breakfast but we were able to cook our own with the kitchenettes.

Check-in was fine, especially given that we made a last-minute booking so we could go to QC Terme the next day. However, at around 9:30 p.m., my partner sustained a bleeding cut to the arm from the shower gel bottle holder in the shower, which is a confined space. We called the hotel's emergency number and asked for a plaster, as the reception was open until around 7pm only. The manager stated the hotel had "zero responsibility" to assist or provide a plaster. She said we could either go to the hospital or call an ambulance (which seems disproportionate), but we should not suggest that the injury was associated with the hotel. She also told my partner that we were “accusing the hotel” and "interrupting her evening", asked whether we were "trying to obtain reimbursement", and said my partner should "take responsibility for their own carelessness" and "stop acting like a child". We were concerned by the response. Most concerningly, she said words to the effect that we could be "blacklisted" and unable to stay at other hotels in the region if we pursue this complaint. The mezzanine staircase had no guardrail and we found it challenging at night, and the bathroom cups were rusted inside and out. We had stayed at another hotel in Chamonix for a week previously without any issue, so it's inappropriate to suggest that guests would fabric issues for monetary gains. The manager eventually agreed to provide a plaster at the reception in the morning, which we never received.

We loved the location. We could walk pretty easily to anywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center and bus stops for accessing all the ski slopes. If you're arriving by car, the hotel has a covered parking garage. The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful.

Clean, efficient design, had everything we needed and the one bedroom apartment fit us all 5 comfortably. Location was perfect and within walking distance to the city center and major attractions. Staff was very friendly. Discovered a gem and will certainly stay there again!

Beautiful clean, large apartment, 4 mins walk from the bus stop and 10 mins max from the centre of Chamonix. Lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. Full facilities to cook etc and complimentary tea & coffee. We only stayed for 1 night but wouldn't hesitate to stay again and longer next time!

Tout était bien. Arrivés à l'hôtel on nous a attribué une appartement pour 5 personnes. Mais une seule chambre pour 4 lits superposés dans un coin et lit double... pas pratique pour 4 adultes. Cela ne correspondait pas au descriptif de ma réservation. La personne de l'accueil a pu nous donner l'autre appartement correspondant à ce dont nous nous attendions. En nous disant que pour une pour une nuit il ne fallait pas être exigeants..heureusement nous avons été très heureux de notre séjour et l'avons fait savoir à la personne de la réception.

Virkelig dejligt ophold. Skønt hotel med dejlige lejligheder. Vi manglede ikke noget og der var oven i købet en arkade maskine på værelset. Området var fuldstændig betagende. Så smukt og fantastisk. Det er helt sikkert et sted vil tilbage til Vi var der en enkelt nat på vej til Sydfrankrig.

Wonderful stay!! Comfortable beds, nice sized shower, skylight over bed, bunks for the kids, AC, and a lovely balcony to gaze at the mountains. Easy walk to everything, wonderfully warm and lovely receptionist who answered all questions and provided nice recommendations. We really appreciated the ice machine and laundry (washer and dryer, pay $10 euros at front desk for wash/dry/detergent). Big fridge and everything you’d need to prepare food. Highly recommend!!
