The majority of the staff was very friendly. The restaurant on- site has a limited menu and your experience will depend on who your server is. Some were not happy people. This resort needs an activity night every night or some fun things to do l, especially with kids. The rooms were beautiful, clean and the washer / dryer was a plus! Very nice resort but food and activity choices need some improvements.

Excellent chill environment with a very professional staff. It was a smaller resort which made it very cozy. Booking excursions was easy and the hotel took care of it all. A definite recommendation.

We chose this property above others due to location and a great deal. It is not very large, which is nice and was family friendly. The ladies at the front desk were kind & helpful. The snorkeling here is lovely and it is only five dollars to rent snorkeling gear. The attendants at the beach were very friendly. Pool area is not large, but it was easy to grab chairs. Onsite dining was ok, not great. Breakfast is included and includes pastries, yogurt, fruit, & coffee. The morning attendants were not super friendly. Onsite gift shop is small but has essentials. Our room was lovely. Housekeeping came twice daily. Beautiful view & washer/dryer were functional. Beds were fairly comfortable. This is not what I would consider to be a luxury resort. With that said, it was a safe, clean hotel with good amenities!

Staff are RUDE. This is the Worst resort we have ever stayed in on this island. Staff make you feel unwelcome and are outright rude to guests. They refuse to lift a finger and will find excuses not to allow guests to use the water toys. This place is a major waste of money, book somewhere else

We had high hopes when we booked an 8-day stay here, excited to enjoy a relaxing vacation in what was advertised as a 5-star resort. Unfortunately, by the second day, we were already exploring options to change hotels. Regrettably, the hotel was unwilling to accommodate a cancellation, so we remained for the duration of our booking. Despite the luxury label, the property fell well short of expectations, we would not rate it more than 3 stars based on the service and overall experience. The service throughout the hotel was extremely slow, often unhelpful, and occasionally bordered on rude. It gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience rather than welcome visitors. That said, we do want to acknowledge a few of the front desk staff who genuinely tried to assist us, their efforts did not go unnoticed and were appreciated. Another concerning aspect was the lack of respect for guests’ privacy. Even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our our room, while our kids were napping, housekeeping insisted entering our room, disregard of our privacy, but they also spoke loudly enough to wake the kids. We also had a very bad experience at the hotel restaurant. Even standard meals like breakfast and fries were consistently poorly prepared, greasy and unappetizing. As a result, we opted to dine off-property as much as possible, and were met with the warmth, care, and hospitality that truly reflect the spirit of TCI To end on a positive note: we absolutely loved the island itself.

Somewhat dated . Would prefer just a good hotel room but those are lacking in the area! Almost all units are small to medium condos.

Very clean and well appointed space in the bungalow. Pool area and beach were great. Dining options limited to one small bar/café/restaurant with a limited menu. Staff were hit and miss some really friendly and some not so much.

I really enjoyed the staff and the facility…I Felt a little out of place with the other guests. They looked at me and my party like we were martians but the staff was wonderful and made us feel at home!

We loved our stay here. Perfect for our family. Our two bedroom bungalow had tons of space. It was such a perfect resort. Not too big and not too small. The location was ideal. The property was gorgeous. Loved the outdoor eating area with the bungalow. The staff was fantastic. Would definitely return. 10 stars!

Was exactly what we wanted. A nice, quiet relaxing stay at a stunningly beautiful location to enjoy the teal blue waters and sun. Our room was private, perfectly laid out for our needs and meticulously clean. Staff, from the restaurant, to the groundskeepers to the maids, front desk and more were fantastic. Anything you needed help with, or needed a question answered, they were always there to help. While the waterview rooms looked great too, we appreciated the homey feel and privacy of our bungalow room with the lanai.

My wife and I came down for a getaway from our kids and had an amazing time. The property is very well kept and the staff is great. The bar/restaurant has great food and you have the option to eat every meal right on the beach, which is unique vs other resorts. The view is beautiful. In addition, it’s the only resort with a reef right in front for great snorkeling. We saw sting rays, lion fish, sea turtles, and lots of other animal life. I would definitely recommend to any one considering going to Turks and Caicos. The only critique, is that the actual bar area is small if you are looking to ‘socialize’.
