Room was as expected. Clean and modern.

The room and hotel itself was beautiful but the lack of regulation was frustrating. My stay was 4 days total with a break of one day in between. I had exams so I was unable to use the amenities in the hotel. By the time I came on Thursday the hotel was packed with children. These kids were jumping in the pool splashing everyone on deck not having a care in the world which prevented others from enjoying the pool. When complaining to the reception she essentially told me that the hotel staff have asked them to stop splashing but they wouldn’t so there was nothing that could be done. If the signs that include the rules of the pool state no splashing there should be repercussions for not following them including asking them to leave the pool if they can’t stop. For the price I paid for those 4 days I will now be going to TRU by Hilton which is half the price and down the street plus the price includes breakfast

Always a great sleep. Pillows are wonderful and the shower and creams in rooms great.

The hotel and room were very clean. The walls however are very thin and you can hear everything in the hall and sometimes other rooms. The pool area is very nice but there were no towels.

We had to wait in the lobby past 5:30pm for our room that was supposed to be a 4pm check in. We were told there were “too many” early check ins and they were cleaning. After travelling 8+ hours and my mom across countries 12+ hours. Upon arriving to the room, my sheets had star glitter/confetti? Inside of them. So they were not even changed. No garbage bags in the garbage and the shower had hair all near the drain. we were given ONE free breakfast for the trouble with the wait. Which we did not even use as my family of 4 is not going to fight over who deserves the meal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Easter weekend. Check-in and check-out were seamless, housekeeping was wonderful, and guest services were always ready to assist with anything we needed. We stayed in a suite with a King bed, and the bathroom was stunning, featuring the BEST bathtub. It included robes, slippers, and bath salts, making our soak feel like a luxurious spa getaway. Additionally, the bathroom was exceptionally well-stocked with toiletries that went above and beyond the usual offerings. The bed was incredibly comfortable; as someone who rarely sleeps well in hotels, I was out cold the entire night. The only drawback of our room was the TV. It was a large smart TV positioned in the center of the room on a stand that seemed to double as a room divider. Unfortunately, it only faced the bed, preventing us from sitting on the couch and watching TV together as a family, which was disappointing. We found the pool to be underwhelming. It was quite small and only 4’6” deep. During our stay, several hockey teams were there for a local tournament, and it was impossible to accommodate even one team in the pool at a time, let alone multiple teams. Overall, we would certainly stay again. While the pool and TV were disappointments, they weren't significant enough to detract from our overall experience.

Beware of trying to use the lobby room, if you ask to use the room they might say you can use it but then tell you that you'll have to leave in an hour to "deep clean it" but then let a group of parents be loud and drunk in the room and let them stay in it for as long as they like.

Great hotel overall!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. During my stay at Bloom Mississauga, Tapestry Collection by Hilton on March 25, 2026, I returned to my room after their housekeeping service and discovered that the contents of a FULL bathroom trash bin had been dumped directly into the toilet bowl and the toilet lid left covered. When I opened the lid, the toilet was filled with garbage. This was not just unpleasant—it was a serious sanitation failure. The bathroom was unusable, and the situation was both shocking and completely inappropriate for any hotel, let alone one under the Hilton brand. What made matters worse was the handling by management. The explanation I received did not adequately account for what happened, and there was a clear lack of accountability. That response was almost as concerning as the incident itself. Travelers should be aware that this property appears to have significant issues with basic housekeeping standards and quality control. I strongly suggest management take immediate corrective action, as this kind of incident should never happen in a professional hospitality environment.
