Very welcoming staff

I was having a hard time breathing. Checked the Filters in the heat unit. Absolutely black. Dont worry i cleaned them so i could breathe. Stayed 2 nights with drunks in the hall til 2 am then babys screaming at 6 am. Was a nightmare. The pubes left in the shower were the icing on the cake

Room was clean and good staff

My King room with sofa was perfect for my needs, and attractively furnished, but places to store unpacked clothing was limited or inconveniently located open shelves. Their was evidence of a need for some TLC Including loose fittings and handles in the washroom. Plenty of easy to reach places to plug in my tech, both AC and USB ports. Located directly off the highway. There is a Denny's accessible from the lobby and other family restaurants nearby. Front desk and housekeeping staff was very friendly and attentive.

Breakfast room is nice but the breakfast was basic and just barely okay. Breakfast staff were terrific and kept the area very clean. Hotel is more of a repainted/refreshed motel. Bedspreads were old and tired looking. Lots of pulls and wear. Otherwise the room was bright, clean and nice for the price. New bedspreads would make a big difference. Pool area had a HUGE puddle of water on the deck on one side of the pool. Toys and floaties were brought out for swimming lessons but the kids in the pool didn't know that so all of them helped themselves. Fortunately the instructor was pleasant and allowed the children to continue to play with them since her students didn't show (likely due to it being March Break). By the time her next set of students did show, the kids had moved on to other play so no one got upset that they could no longer play with the toys. Perhaps consider having a lid on the toys when they are brought out into the commmon area so as to not potentially upset children in the future.

The check in was quick. Front desk is friendly. However, the room is abit of outdated.. the water pressure of shower is not strong. Next day, i found a dead insect in bathtub

The hotel room was decent however the stay was based off the hotel having a pool as March break was just beginning.. Quite disappointed that the hotel seems to lend out the pool for swimming lessons to take place. The enjoyment of using the pool went way down having only so much use of the water, it made for an uncomfortable experience. You should be informing paying guests that there will be swimming lessons during certain times so they can adjust their schedule as people travelling from out of town truly are on a time schedule. Upon checkout I was asked how everything was and shared the same feed back to reception and expressing how it was unprofessional of the hotel. No real acknowledgment other then told a lot of hotels in Kingston do this 😕

It was a lovely place, very clean. Breakfast didn’t look appetizing.

The stay seemed fine while I was there. I returned home to find bumps all over my waist line that looked like bites. I called the hotel to inform them it may be bed bugs. It has now been 6 days and I have called back to speak with the manager with no call back. Very unprofessional and shows lack of caring. If whatever these bites are that I got are bed bugs, who knows how many more people have stayed in that room without warning.

Staff was friendly especially the staff at the morning breakfast. The breakfast had a simple but good variety. Location is great.

I suggest a thorough sweep of the room, including under the mattresses to ensure cleanliness to your standards.

Perfect stay. Great service, excellent price, spotless room and very good breakfast.

Everything was loud. Plumbing was loud and they have posted quiet hours between 10pm-7am and people were slamming doors and running around. When brought to the attention of the staff in the morning they said "sorry, that's what happens when we have groups" and they refunde the 6 bucks for parking and claimed they hoped that helped. What a joke of a hotel.
