Bathroom floor had dirty stains and balcony wasn’t cleaned as well not great for kids food choice wasn’t great staff were nice and helpful

Increiblemente bueno en todos los aspectos, limpieza, instalaciones, servicio...

The room was not ready upon arrival even though the clock was past checkin time. We was told to wait 10-15 minutes. There was no available pool towels by the pool, we’ve got directed to the reception desk who was also out of towels so we was asked to wait to go to the pool so they could solve the towel situation which I said no to and went to get the towels from the room instead. Which the cleaning staff said no to. We went up to the rooftop pool and bar. The bar was unattended and I was adviced to use a QR code to order. Which of course did not work. They also lacked and kind of snacks on the menu. So I didn’t get any drinks. In our hotel room the toilet was not attached correct to the floor so it was a bit loose, same with our water fixture by the ”sink”. One downlight did not work in the bathroom. The aircondition was very slow and did not get cold until the middle of the night. Apart of this the property was very nice. The dinner buffet was not the best but the breakfest was fantastic.

Instalaciones y habitación limpias.

El hotel es espectacular, limpio, bien cuidado. El personal muy servicial y atento. Las instalaciones son preciosas, hotel muy tranquilo. Le pongo 4 estrellas por el parking, aparcar por fuera es imposible ni cerca, el hotel está en una urbanización y calles solo para residentes, tiene parking pero a 20€ diarios, excesivo. Y los precios de la cafeteria son bastantes altos, un cortado 3,50€. Por lo demás muy bien, la piscina perfecta con jacuzzi, hamacas y sombrillas.

Hotellet var supert, spa avdelingen likeså. Skuffende at matservering i rest ved bassenget stengte kl 20.00. Vi tok da bufe, det var dårlig, maten var kjedelig og ikke varm. De andre dagene spiste vi ikke på hotellet.

The hotel was very clean,room was lovely and spacious.As a solo guest I felt very safe and the staff were friendly Spa was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was good but the food at dinner was not as hot as it could be and not too many choices but it was early in the season.

Heerlijk verblijf. Kamer kon iets schoner, lagen nog wat haren in de badkamer en in de hoeken van de kamer maar verder prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Auto is wel een must als je iets van de omgeving wil zien.

The hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and as my wife is a coeliac it was very accommodating on all occasions we decided to eat there. The only negative is its location in order to see the sites around the only real option was uber or taxi. The public transport was not a good option.

We stayed here for just one night and it exceeded our expectations! Beautiful hotel and grounds, room was large and clean, staff were very helpful and friendly! The added touches of prosecco and fresh water with fruit on arrival was lovely! Just a short bus ride away from Benidorm - Will be staying again xx

We had an amazing stay — the location was perfect with easy access to everything, the room was spacious and beautiful, and the entire hotel was spotless with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was truly a fantastic experience, and we would definitely revisit!

Rent och fräscht

The only down part was the dinner. Way to greasy and not yummy at all.

This hotel boasts a high level of style and cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and it's conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the nearest supermarket! If you enjoy a quiet Spanish vacation, this hotel would be perfect for a couple's weekend getaway! A special mention goes to the incredibly helpful reception staff who speak excellent English! I also highly recommend the spa at this five-star hotel!

Muy buen hotel, un 10 en todo!

Nos alojamos en Nucia Hills y la experiencia fue excelente. La habitación estaba muy bien equipada, todo muy limpio y la cama resultó ser súper cómoda. El personal fue en todo momento atento, servicial y muy cortés. El desayuno tipo buffet estuvo genial: muy variado, saludable y con opciones para todos los gustos... Además, al avisar que soy celíaca, tuvieron el detalle de llevarme directamente a la mesa un surtido completo y apto para mí, algo que agradecí muchísimo. Mis hijos no se hubieran ido de la habitación Querian quedarse a vivir aqui. Sin duda, repetiremos.
