Room was not clean, not enough towels, check in was anonomous. The whole experience was like owner didnt care. Fine for a day....

You get what you pay for. The bathroom was clogged. Even after the plumber did something, it didn’t fix the problem. A lot of issues. Does not recommend. I don’t understand how Expedia sells this property.

The apartment not clean They ignored our orders and they were very rude We didn’t feel welcome, the service is very bad, the building is so crowded and the left is so slow I do not recommend it at all!

Great location,and really comfy and cheap.

Boris was a great host . The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the city that never sleeps . One little issue was the elevator which was always on demand . Regardless thank you Boris !!

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com. But when i arrived at the location. There was another hotel. And after few phone calls, i got the information that the “Dream Home Hotel” is in bankruptcy. And i havent got my money back also

Its affordable and well worth the money.In my opinion it is even better than staying in a hotel.It has all the utillities one needs for an enjoyable stay and very modern too.Personally it is my fourth time in this Apartotel.

Overnatningsstedet var i realiteten ganske fint, men ejendomskomplekset/bygningen var set med mine øjne rent æstetisk en enorm fiasko. 2 kæmpestore kasser på omkring 45 etager påhængt en "løbegang" på begge sider. Denne fungerede så som balkon'er. Vi bor nu på et lille familiehotel i "Gamle Batumi". Her er der gedigen hygge. Stedet hedder "Hotel Antika" og kan varmt anbefales.

This room is in the Orbi City tower C, which is still being built. It would be good of the address showed what tower to go to because we went to Block A at first. The rooms are light and airey, with a large comfortable bed. The tower isnt complete so you can hear building works, that said, there are lots of hotels being built so contruction is a common noise in batumi. We found it excellent value, parking on the street was free and easy, but we stayed end of November, off peak so i expect that to change when during peak. We exended our stay and the owner was quick to reply to us. The location is great and hotel rooms were fine. I would stay again and look forward to seeing how the development looms when ots finished!

It was the third time I booked this accomodation,and I am very pleased with my choice.Its affordable,very modern,and very clean type of accomodation.

Its a great way to have a cheap accomodation in Batumi.it has all the amenities,well located,modern and comfortable.My room was huge.I loved it!

I had difficulty finding the place. The complex was named Orbi City. The listing on Hotels.com is different. The security people didn't want to let me in. When I got to the front desk, there was a great deal of confusion as to where the keycard would be located. When a woman came back from break, she seemed more clued in (and motivated to help). The check in process did not leave a good impression. The studio was fine. However, it became apparent that building maintenance did not sweep the hallways. Litter (wrappers) on the floor the day that I arrived were there when I left. It was surprising since most places in Georgia are spotless. The studio, itself, was clean. I did love the view but given the number of apartment hotels in the area, I am not sure I would revisit.
