Hotel confortável, café da manhã com bastante opção mas esperava mais por ser um 5 estrelas. Não achei o quarto tão aconchegante, apesar da cama ser muito boa, e o banheiro era pequeno. A academia tinha pouco equipamento. No entanto, o complexo onde o hotel fica tem bastante opção de lojas e restaurantes.

Por ser da rede pestana, criamos uma expectativa grande, mas nos surpreendeu de forma negativa.Os quartos que ficamos parecia um flat sem móveis, banheiro extremamente pequeno e sem muito conforto, ame noites sem qualidade, a porta do meu quarto não trancava, o café da amanhã bom e bem sortido, funcionários solícitos e educados.

Very nice

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times and are a huge credit to the hotel. The building despite being only a few years old is starting to look a little rough around the edges with issues that could easily be fixed with some simple maintenance (eg blocked drains, damp around the edge of the wall adjacent to the shower), the pool area is lovely, but really not big enough to accommodate so many guests, consequently we often failed to find a sun lounger to lie on. The buffet breakfast was good, however the coffee needs a major overhaul (perhaps the machines simply need cleaning?). We ate once in the restaurant and had the worst meal of our holiday: cold tough steak that took a long time to arrive despite only one other table being occupied with guests. If we had only left the hotel on the first night we would have discovered an amazing array of restaurants on our doorstep. The hotel is on M Avenue: it is extremely luxurious and felt very safe. The one major criticism however was the horrendous noise made from the bar on top of the building (owned by another company). At least 4 out of 7 nights it was like sleeping inside a nightclub!! The noise didn't stop until 1am! What a bizarre place to allow a bar with a DJ! Our first room was beneath the DJs booth and despite being moved to the only other available room (2 floors down), we could still hear the music word for word!!

Excelente hotel ubicado en la zona nueva de Marrakech. Habitaciones súper cómodas y muy buen servicio. Nos dieron upgrade. Pestana gran hotel de cadena.

A la hora de hacer el check in no fue nada agradable la que estaba ahí una de espejuelos no nos explicó nada y después llamó a la manager y fue igual ,además pedimos unas toallas y no llegaron hasta dos horas después porque fuimos a reclamar

They went above and beyond every single day, and their warmth really made a difference. You can feel the authenticity in the service here — it’s not just a job for them, it’s true hospitality. We can’t recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to coming back!

Staff were amazing

Pestana es una GRAN cadena Nos encanta. El hotel muy bonito. Desayuno buenísimo. Ubicado en la zona nueva, fuera del ruido de la Medina. Excelente actitud del personal. Volvería feliz! Un pequeño detalle: las toallas podrían ser de mejor calidad.

Un hôtel 4 étoiles qui en vaut 3. Piscine glacée , je n’ai pas d’autres mots. Obligé de demander des capsules de café car les femmes de ménages n’en remettent pas le matin. Télé qui ne fonctionne pas… Bruyant plus que jamais… À fuir , hors de prix

Magnifique hôtels personnel agréable

The property is located in a city center area, where there are tons of shops, stores. Restaurants literally in walling distance from this property. Perfect locatoon for solo travelers . The hotel is brand new, very modern decor. The price point wasn't to pricey either. Essilu acess to your uber and taxi stands

Amazing service very convenient to nice shopping and restaurants. Taxi was easy to hire. The hotel was spacious, clean and aesthetically impressive. I will always choose this site when I visit Marrakech
