This hotel is quite quirky and might not be everyone’s cup of tea, it is giving off a very young vibe but we very much enjoyed our 2 night stay. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we had been given a complimentary bottle of wine in our room for being a hotel Gold member, which was Red. I rang reception and asked could it be changed to White and within 5 minutes a cold bottle of white arrived in an ice bucket. The reception staff and the doorman are super friendly!
The swimming pool is quite small and is basically in a nightclub although during the day the nightclub isn’t open but is rather weird and I didn’t use it.
The hotel room was lovely but had one complete wall of windows which are clear glass and can easily be seen in from over looking office building, however the blinds and curtains are operated by a control panel and can only be either fully open or fully closed. It would be nice to have the option to have the these partially open/ closed as the shower and bathtub are fully on display of the clear windows.
Breakfast was very nice and you are given a daily limit of $40 per person to spend. Coffee/ tea is $7 / Juice is $10 and and cooked breakfast is about $26 + 12% Tax , so it is fairly easy to go over your $40 limit although everything is freshly cooked.
The hotel is in a great spot to walk everywhere and is very close to the shops and restaurants.
We would definitely return and I would recommend this hotel but it is a little different to a traditional hotel.
