This is an absolute gem of a hotel; gorgeous rooms, an excellent restaurant selling amazing seafood (try the goose barnacles), and friendly and helpful staff all of whom speak excellent English. It is located in a picturesque former coal port, and makes a good first night in Spain for those heading west from Bilbao or Santander

We had a large room on the 4th floor that was beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant food is the best in town and as good as any fine dining around. Location was great for exploring Asturias and staff attends to your every need. A very special place.

Charming original building, renovated tastefully to a high spec. Lovely staff who were attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend the restaurant for dinner. Marvellous breakfast too.
