Upon arriving just out from sugery to check in on my room i booked day before,the young lady in the box was saying no small dogs allowed,i told her i was having my cousin who lives here in Rosarito was coming to pick her up and visit me to see if i was ok,Laura the lady in box says no guests allowed. So i i immediately gave back the key,and called expedia for refund and the agent said Laura hung up the phone on him. And i drove back to California just out of surgery because of this huge inconvenience.

Yes the room was really cleaand the pool was great ,staff was very courteous and security was very comforting i would definitely stay the3again

My stay was very pleasant. It’s a quiet place and conveniently located near shops and great places to eat. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The parking was free, and there was always a security guard on duty, which made us feel safe. We walked through the neighborhood behind the hotel and had access to the beach. It’s definitely a place we would come back to.

Todo estaba muy limpio lo único fue que el agua del lava mano y la ducha se va muy despacio por el drenaje y la agua de la ducha salió salada, por lo demás todo muy bien

Avoid this hotel. The rooms have no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker, and the TV was literally falling off the wall. The pool was filthy and the jacuzzi was ice cold. Worst of all, the bedding was unsanitary—I broke out in a rash and couldn't sleep. Unsafe and very uncomfortable.

The staff ate outside all day amd night talking extremely loud. The walls are so thin you can hear the pein the rooms next to you. You dont get any sleep!

I asked for another blanket because the one on the bed was so dirty as well as the sheets. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never be staying there again.
