Es un hotel básico, lo peor q en 5 días no nos limpiaron, un día hicieron cama y recogieron papelera, al otro día solo papelera y en lo adelante mi siquiera papelera. No te ofrecen desayuno al llegar.

The service was excellent, the staff very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Hot and cold water, tea, and coffee were available on every floor. The room and bathroom were a good size, and the bed was very comfortable.

A really nice place. Staff very friendly and helpful, clean and modern rooms. Fabulous breakfast. The only downside side was coffee - only one machine produced decent quality.

Perfect hotell to stay at! Especially if your going to a concert in tauron arena. The transport system is realy easy and the tram is basically right outside the hotel!

Breakfast was great with a large variety of dishes. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel, the food was excellent! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and we hope to come back one day!

Cracking Ibis,probably one of the best I've stayed in.Let me start by saying,you can park your motorbike outside the door for free(nice and secure/undercover)Now then,the hotel itself is very clean and modern with great,helpful staff who speak very good English.My room was clean,bed comfortable with decent pillows.Shower was spot on,WiFi was good and the TV had the odd English channel.I ate an evening meal and had breakfast once,both decent and not bad value for not having to go out. The tram is a minutes walk from the hotel reception and drop you on the very outskirts of the old town,I got Bolt back twice and was only £4/£5,so no issues getting around.I also walked in a couple of times,a nice leisurely stroll was 20/25 minutes,and if you like architecture then walk the hospital way(left stairs in the big round tram terminal) some great buildings to see.For an authentic Polish meal there is a milkbar(I think this is what they are called)across the road and to the left,5 minute walk where you will be served a fantastic meal for next to nothing,truly Poland.Also the air museum is a couple of stops up on the tram,another great place to visit. All in all,great hotel in a great location with great staff,thank you.

Extremely pleasant rooms, staff exemplary only slight criticism was the rooms were too hot and the air-conditioning didn't really help.

This was a great hotel that was about a 10 minute walk to the old town area. They offer parking on site in an underground garage. The location also has a nice bistro/cafe/bar on the ground floor. The staff here was all very friendly and helpful.

Für uns war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt Krakau und im Hotel hat alles gepasst. Wir kommen wieder und genießen die angenehme Zeit.

Helt okej hotell. Låg lite off,så det blev nyttiga promenader. Mycket fin och god frukostbuffé. Vällagade och god rätter på menyn.

Vi overnattet 5 netter, koselig resepsjon/bar området, sikkert koselig om sommeren på utsiden også, men vi var der i mai/april, så for kaldt! Vi trodde det lå nærmere sentrum; men det var veldig enkelt å ta trikken hvor som helst, stoppet var rett på utsiden over gaten. Så hvis man ikke har noe imot å ta trikk, er dette ett fint hotell til den prisen, kan anbefales!
