Bedroom and hotel very clean, beds comfortable. All the staff very cheerful and helpful. Location excellent beside tram stop. Couple of tram stops from main train station in Krakow and to the old town. Paid for breakfast as part of booking, had good variety of food. Only down side was lack of labelling which I appreciate as someone with food allergies as means I don’t have to speak to the kitchen. Would stay again

Rooms were very clean, easy access into Krakow, with a tram line just outside and uber regularly available 24hrs a day.

No fridge on the room and no windows to open. Else everything was fine

Gode værelser og god morgenmad. Rent parkering kunne tilkøbes i kælderen.

Vi havde nogle dejlige dage på hotellet mens vi nød byens oplevelser. Hotellet ligger rigtig godt placeret med Tram til centrum uden for døren, så vi følte at vi fik det bedste ud af ferien!

We have had some really lovely days, both at the hotel and in the beautiful city.

Supert hotell og utrolig digg mat på restauranten som tilhørte. Litt rar ankomst, den ansatte mente vi ikke hadde betalt frokost for alle fire fordi to var barn, men booking via hotels.com hadde ingen varsel om det. Hun ga seg ikke, så jeg valgte gå fra resepsjonen og komme tilbake morgenen etter. Ny ansatt på plass som sa at det skulle de så klart fikse fra sin side og alle kunne gå og spise frokost uten ekstra (dvs dobbel og ikke informert) kostnad.

Es un hotel básico, lo peor q en 5 días no nos limpiaron, un día hicieron cama y recogieron papelera, al otro día solo papelera y en lo adelante mi siquiera papelera. No te ofrecen desayuno al llegar.

The service was excellent, the staff very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Hot and cold water, tea, and coffee were available on every floor. The room and bathroom were a good size, and the bed was very comfortable.

A really nice place. Staff very friendly and helpful, clean and modern rooms. Fabulous breakfast. The only downside side was coffee - only one machine produced decent quality.

Perfect hotell to stay at! Especially if your going to a concert in tauron arena. The transport system is realy easy and the tram is basically right outside the hotel!

Breakfast was great with a large variety of dishes. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel, the food was excellent! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and we hope to come back one day!
