From checking in to checking out, and everything in between, this hotel was amazing. If you are North American, the biggest bed is like a larger queen, not a true king but great nonetheless. The online pictures of the hotel are accurate. We didn't use the pool as our weather was around 20C but the views and deck are beautiful. This location is perfect to get to Pompeii. The commuter train is only 3 blocks away. For 3 Euros, you can go to Pompeii or Naples or Sorento. We took day trip to Ravello, by taxi. The staff can recommend great restaurants and travel advice. Overall it was even better than expected. It is truly deserving of 5 stars.

The room was amazing! What a gorgeous view from the balcony. Immaculately clean room & hotel, Pride of ownership, beautiful designs everywhere. Dinner at the restaurant on the 7th floor was the highlight! Delicious food and incredible view. Breakfast on the 6th had a wonderful view as well, pretty typical corporate style buffet and plenty of food. No fresh fruit but otherwise fine. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel. Amazing breakfast and fantastic views from the roof top Terrace. Sadly there was building work going on in the room next to us which disturbed us a little first thing (and the maid tried to enter the room to clean it two hours before check out which was a little odd). Would still stay again as it was perfect for a visit to the town.

Brilliant location, and amazing views over the sea and Vesuvius. 5 min walk to train station so easy to get around the local area. However the hotel felt basic, with heating on in October despite being 20 degrees outside as ‘some guests said it was cold’. Disappointing that the rooftop pool and hot tub are only open in July and August. Great shower though. Average breakfast with the worst coffee you’ve ever tasted.

Beautiful hotel, with amazing views to the city or the sea view . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious with variety of options to choose from . Rooftop is beautiful and clean with amazing views . Hotel is located in a great spot that’s walkable distance to evident .

Brilliant trip! Staff were super friendly and helpful if we needed to ask anything, the room was super clean and very comfortable with a nice bathroom. Bar was brilliant with a large choice of drinks and all very well made accompanied by good free snacks. Nice central location in Castallamare di Stabia with shops and restaurants within a short walk, and around 5 minutes to the train station for links to Naples and Sorrento. Only complaints would be the pool filters didn't seem to really be working so both of the pools were a little bit dirty. Also busses to the amalfi coast were limited but that is no fault of the hotel. However, the rest of the hotel was faultless and I couldn't recommend this hotel more!!!

Place was clean and stuff was very helpful. Only issue was that rooms were hot and AC never really got them cold enough to see well.

Very nice hotel. Overall it was pretty noisy but nothing unbearable. Area around the hotel is pretty nice but not very friendly towards tourists.

Très bon séjour, le cadre est idéal et l’hôtel est très bien placé. Accueil et service excellent, très bon petit déjeuner. L’hôtel a un superbe rooftop avec piscine et une vue incroyable. Les chambres sont propres. Elle mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

Nice hotel lots of restaurants nearby

Nice hotel og good location, but aircondition not working well and charge for pool towels was not good. No umbrellas at pool terrace.

I honestly cannot recommend this hotel. I don’t see how it’s four stars. It should be rated by 2 to 2.5 stars. The property looks nothing like the pictures and it’s in the worst location. The city has nothing to offer and I regret staying here. I would not recommend this hotel or location to anybody, stay in Sorrento!!! The rooms are old and outdated where there’s mold in the restrooms and the showers are super small.
