I walked in and walked back out of this property. The “comfort queen double room” picture was NOTHING like what I seen. Concrete walls, no windows, and things falling off the walls. There is a liquor store with people constantly in and out of the hotel. There was a bar with 4 different songs playing at once. And the hotel was filled with cigarette smoke. I got my refund through Expedia, but the hotel charged my credit card again (even though I already pre-paid). I got my damage deposit back, but still waiting for the other charge to be dropped from my card. STAY AWAY!

The place was under construction when we showed up everything was closed when we went to go for a valentine supper because we were trying to get out of the room. The people that checked in after us were panhandling at the street lights maybe once they’re done all their renovations it will be nicer, but I was pretty shocked to see that panhandler were staying there, so I asked if they rented the room by the hour because when we were checked finished checking in he was

The whole building appeared unsafe

There was toilet paper and condoms all over the front lobby people screaming in the bar that was connected to the front lobby. No lock on the bathroom door. They didn’t have my room so they gave me two separate king rooms but one key didn’t work. There was stains on the bed blood on the wall walls. It was disgusting never will be back.

This place is very basic. They expect that you are there to do drugs and rip them off. It was just a place to rest my head for the night, but we will not come back. A prime example of “you get what you pay for

very dirty smell in rooms , we had changed 3 rooms all inside same dirty smell . so much drug people stand outside at property enters all time . it's really worst experience in my life.

It is so bad

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Google says it’s close to the airport but it’s not. This hotel is scary and unsafe, not to mention dirty. The ONLY reason we stayed was because we hadn’t slept for 2 days from the airline strike, it was late and pouring rain. There were panhandlers at the front door, a sketchy arcade/bar at the “hotel”. Only a bottom sheet and the blankets were dirty. The bathtub was dirty and clogged with something disgusting. I cannot say enough bad things this place, stay away!!!!!!!

I misbooked this location, got mugged and the cold shoulder from staff who wouldn't even cancel my reservation.

When walkng into the room there was dirt in the rugs along with rocks and broken drawers even electrical things pulled out and left where my 1 year old was able to grab and put in his mouth .not working tv burn marks on tables and last person covered the fire detector woth a bandana and was not fixed before we.went in over all a run down place with prostitutes outfront
