I was out of the country and expensive to make phone calls so I didn’t pre reserve a cab ride from the airport to the hotel, I used the same cab company that the hotel uses for shuttle service as they don’t have one, when we got to the hotel which
I had a reservation for the hotel wouldn’t comp the cab ride as I didn’t call them and get on a list. Bad business in my opinion make it right. If o would have called they would have paid for it. The call would have cost me what the cab ride was! Just bad business and bad staff, could care less to make it right. Great hotel with it being new but won’t stay here again over the desk staff.
