Desayuno muy bien, estacionamiento techado y limpio

A localização é estratégica demais! Perto de duas estações de metrô, dá pra ir à pé pra Arena Mexico (pra assistir lucha libre - evento incrível), pertinho da maior feira de artesanato (gigantesca!), tem um hipermercado excelente a uns 300 metros (Chedraui), e também perto (à pé) da imperdível Av. Passeo de da Reforma, que reúne um monte de atrações da cidade. Na região também há infinitas opções de comidas de ruas popular s. Café da manhã também excelente e variado, água normal no andar, além de flavorizada e café expresso à vontade nas máquinas da recepção , quartos grandes e agradáveis, enfim: só alegria, voltarei de novo se tiver nova oportunidade.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and clean shared spaces. Great location! Only downside…Wifi signal weak, would often disconnect.

Es un hotel muy céntrico, limpio, personal fenomenal con un buen desayuno. Siempre muy atentos a cada detalle. A mi familia y mi nos encantó.

EL Hotel esta super lindo, moderno, muy limpio, agradable, me parecio economico, buen wifi, esta muy cerca de la alameda, de bellas artes. sali a caminar y sin mas ya estaba ahi, hay muchas tiendas, restaurantes, el metro muy cerca, tambien a 3 cuadras, y ya te conectas con todo. y lo mejor el hotel tiene servicio de taxi al aeropuerto me cobraron 280 pesos en un buen vehiculo. toda mi experiencia fue genial, ahh y el bufete desayuno muy rico tambien. super recomendado.

The area is very close to subway stops and it is an easy walk to Historic Centro. Chinatown is also close by and that is a very interesting place to visit. While there are many auto parts shops that are open during the day, this part of Luis Moya can seem a bit deserted in the evening, night time, however it is very safe to walk around the neighbourhood.

Poor customer service. They didn’t want to honor the free drinks given. They complain about noise during the day. Keys kept getting deactivated during stay. The breakfast staff was rude and kept confusing guests and interrupting breakfast with family and friends making it seem like we had already ate when we were just arriving. We only ate twice due to poor breakfast options.

The room was very clean and the property is a modern boutique hotel. The breakfast was not very good but there are plenty of food options close by. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are small but efficient.
