It was a clean room, staff was really nice and enough parking on site.

Everything in our room was in new condition extremely clean and comfortable. Would stay again and I highly Irecommend .

All of pet friendly suite was very clean. Impressively. Bed was comfortable. Suite was spacious and well laid out. The suite we stayed in didn’t have cold water, only warm and hot. Hotel and neighboring area was quiet. Lots of parking available. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

I've come to expect a certain standard from Coast Hotels. However, the Coast Hotel Penticton is actually bringing the chain down several notches For one, it is NOT a hotel! It's a motel in a not great area of town that reportedly was bought and rennovated after a fire. The "Coast Hotel" sign above the lobby is actually just a vinyl banner strung up. Yes, the room was clean and updated, but quite oddly, with a hotplate seemingly added to a hastily installed countertop to say it's a "kitchenette". There were quite a lot of homeless people loitering around the hotel as well, giving me an uneasy feeling, and made me check my cars door locks. But the strangest thing about the room was that there were three hot/cold taps, yet not one could provide cold or even semi-cold water. When I asked the fromt desk clerk about it, I was met with "yes. They need to run for at least 15-20 minutes before they get cold. That's just this old plumbing. That's just how it is." Very underwhelming experience.

Check in was easy and renovated room was clean and nice. Will stay here again next Spring Break.

The staff were amazing to deal with! I had 3 seperate rooms during me stay that week (my fault, not theirs) and all 3 rooms were clean and comfortable. The renovations are looking amazing!!

Enjoyed my short stay. My room had everything I needed. It was clean, quiet and convenient. Many shops nearby.

It was quiet in the night. Being a two floor hotel, I assumed I would hear footsteps but I had a great sleep. Not only was it clean, the staff were exceptional. Especially the night supervisor. Thank you for the hospitality!
