The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point.
I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic.
The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken.
To make matters worse, there was a false fire alarm at around 3am. Although the staff apologised and offered complimentary coffee the next morning, it was still very disruptive.
Another area for improvement is communication regarding the minibar. There was no clear price list in the room. Since I booked through a third-party platform, the room only included one bottle of wine, but I had to call to request it. It would be much better if the hotel clearly explained the inclusions and minibar details during check-in instead of leaving guests to figure them out themselves.
