We loved this place. The only negative is we found there was not enough kitchen utensils for example a spatula. Maybe a couple of pots and some oven mitts. A lid for the frying pan. We stayed for 4 days and really wanted to use the kitchen more but was not equipped for cooking. Very basic items. Also it would of been nice to have a couple of throw blankets for the sofa. When ac is on it gets chilly for the evening. Location is amazing and the unit was perfect.

Very spacious place and felt very welcomed. Comfy and gave a sense of a home. Clean rooms and kind service!

Good location, just blocks from major tourist and government sites and with many restaurants nearby. Staff were superb in welcoming and assisting me. Room was much larger than I expected with all the amenities of an apartment. Excellent choice for short or long term stay.

Great property. Only complaint is that one of the blinds in the master bedroom doesn’t properly cover the window and lets light in.

Room was ginormous, very clean and well equipped. Staff went above and beyond, especially on check in, to make sure our stay was comfortable. Will certainly be back.

Great location. Great rooms

I picked this place for the location, which was amazing: entrances on both Queen St and Sparks St, so easy walk to the downtown sites. Our room had a full kitchen setup as well as a washer and dryer, which we didn’t use but which could have been great for a longer stay. Room was big and clean, the AC was a blessing, and the bathroom had a full tub/shower combination, which I appreciated…a lot of hotels seem to be going shower only. Only bar soap and very tiny bottles of shampoo were provided, though, so you’ll probably want to bring your own. But overall a fantastic value in downtown Ottawa!

I have stayed here for 2 separate trips, and it is by far my favorite place to stay in Ottawa! It is central to everything you could possibly need. 1 minute walk to parliament. You do feel like you are staying in luxury apartments. The staff were LOVELY!! They were kind and always made me feel comfortable. I would give them 10/10 for everything. HIGHLY recommend to everyone
