バスタブの下からお湯が漏れて水浸し 部屋、建物も老朽化してて、スイートルームでも不満な結果でした

こちらのホテルは、部屋が広くラウンジもあり気に入ってGuamに来る時は必ず宿泊しています。 今回は、バスルームの天井から水が漏れてきて、修理の方を直ぐに手配すると言っていただき、お待ちしてましたが結局３時間待ちました。 旅行で来ていて、出かけたい所直ぐに行かせるからお待ちをと言われて３時間は長すぎだと思います。 他のホテルでも同じような事があった時、その場で直ぐに部屋をチェンジしてしかも迷惑をかけたとアップグレードしてくれました。 そこまでしてくれとはいいませんが、特に申し訳無い感じもなく時間を無駄にした感じでした。 修理に来てくださった方は、とても感じが良い方で少しは救われた気分でした。 全体的に、プールも空いていてレストランも空いていて、ゆっくりしたい方には最高です。 今回は少し残念な所がありましたが、また宿泊したいと思います。

I'm grateful that they accommodated my room request. The room, pool, and cocktail lounge were all very comfortable. I'd love to stay here again.

This hotel is quite old and it shows inside the rooms. While clean, the carpets were stained, furniture is in poor condition; however, I’m not sure if updates are being done post 2023 typhoon Mawar. We were looking forward to a free weaving class we had signed up for, but with the tsunami advisory, they cancelled the class. No big deal, but every single other thing at the hotel was still open and running (ie restaurants, pools, bar, etc) — so that was a bummer. One thing to note, the blinds in the bathroom do not offer any privacy. So if staying w/ someone that isn’t family, that could be quite awkward showering with the blinds wide open. They don’t pull down the entire length of the window so you can see through the bottom portion. Parking is super easy and convenient. Extremely friendly staff and service. There really isn’t anywhere to walk to that’s close by, but very accessible with a car. Other than the rooms being a bit outdated, we enjoyed our stay nonetheless!

中心街から少し遠い

部屋は全体的に古く劣化が著名である。お風呂の排水溝がつまっていて、シャワーを浴びると逆流してくる。スタッフのホスピタリティはとても良かった。インフィニティプールからの景色もとても良かった。

음식을 주문 후 내가 가지고 와야 했음 욕조에 물이 잘 안내려가서 요청 해서 고쳐주고 가셨지만 역시 잘 안내려갔음 룸은 조용하고 조식은 5성급에 비해 그닥 훌륭하지는 않았음 룸은 넓은편임

The place was overall nice although a bit dated and could use some renovation. Nice views! Good coffee shop. Terrible bed with very hard mattress and mediocre pillows.

I tried to walk to the restaurants in town, but it was so hot. No problem. I eventually found a taxi. Keep in mind, one purpose of. Y travel is to walk everywhere!

We love the pools in this hotel! Hotel needs a bit of an upgrade, not much dining options but okay. 6/10.

It is a good for us to enjoy pool and water slide. And a overall service was pretty nice. If renovation of pool is over, it getting better BongGyun Kim

I booked the Ocean view suite with the hot tub outside. Room and views did not disappoint. Decor is outdated in the room but was very clean and much larger than I expected. I was disappointed that most of the restaurants they have don’t open until later in the afternoon. Also the bar by the infinity pool was not open until 5pm or after. I went to the lunch buffet they have and the food was good but not worth $44. Overall good experience
