This property is great for couples .The rooms were a good size /although the large double seemed very small 😞 (Ladies beware no long hanging space for dresses😞and no full length mirror in room🤔 great location 2 minute walk to beach ! Rooftop bar was fantastic really nice vibe!( Good mixture of age group ) beautiful views over the square . You are amongst a great selection of bars and restaurants in the midst of the old town just such a beautiful place to stroll stop for drinks , watch the world go by🙂lovely boutiques quaint streets it’s just so pretty 😍

Beautiful hotel in the best location at the centre of the Old Town in Estepona. Shame there isn’t space for a swimming pool but at least just a few minutes from the beach with a choice of restaurants and bars with comfy sun loungers. The deluxe room with view was worth it for the view of the very pretty square. Wardrobe space was tight if you’re staying for a week or more and the wardrobe doesn’t accommodate long dresses.. I took some hangers and managed to hang mine on the room pictures. The roof bar and breakfast was really lovely. There is more available than listed on the menu, so just ask and they will be helpful.

Wonderful staff and great room in a really beautiful location.

It’s a fantastic property with a great location so I would definitely stay here again. I do think it is a Quiet property so if you’re looking to have a bunch of drinks you have to go rooftop but it’s not so much any music or party atmosphere but it’s very nice I wish it had a Pool but I don’t think any really top resort and Estepona in city center has a pool. The front desk staff was wonderful and the room was nice and cold I was not very happy with the pillows.

First of all the reception staff and in particular the gentleman who booked us in were excellent. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. Friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. The hotel is beautiful and overlooks the nicest square in Esteponna. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and served in or outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and cannot wait to return.

Unfortunately they had air conditioning issues during our stay and it was not working in our room. This somewhat spoiled our stay as the hotel is otherwise very nice and in a beautiful location.

We’ve been meaning to stay here for a while after falling in love with the restaurant and rooftop bar on previous visits. We recently stayed for a single night before a flight and only wished we could have stayed longer. El Pilar is now firmly on our favorite list, and we look forward to returning soon!"

From the moment I arrived the staff could not have been more helpful, so welcoming, the whole ambience as you walk into the lobby is just fabulous. An absolute perfect little gem in the heart of Estepona..Makaku restaurant was great .. I cannot highly recommend this Hotel enough. Excellent, excellent excellent Thank you to the staff you made the stay wonderful

We love this tiny parador style hotel. Perfect central location with beautiful restaurants within the premises plus so many more around . Room was overlooking the Square with amazing Spanish atmosphere . Room was beautiful

This lovely hotel is the perfect location in the old town. Lots of restaurants just a few hundreds yards away. There is a breakfast menu to choose from and all the food is cooked fresh. The staff are all helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
