Clean room, convenient location for public transportation, enough space.. a fan in the bed room could give them the 5 stars

Pleasant and quirky hotel with Brazilian vibe in a quiet area of the city. Good breakfast in cafe next door with friendly staff. Nice to have well equipped rooms with fridge and kitchenette.

朝食美味しいし、部屋も広くて綺麗でよかったです。ただ、部屋にゴミ箱が無かった。ゴミ箱はあった方が良かった。

Quarto Copacabana com varanda é espaçoso e confortável. A cama e travesseiros muito bons, ducha quentinha, toalheiro eletrico no banheiro (que é excelente). Achamos silencioso. A equipe que fala Português fez total diferença para nos sentirmos em casa, todos atenciosos e solícitos, com destaque para o Matheus que nos orientou bem na chegada. O café da manhã estava otimo, vale a pena experimentar. Usamos a lavanderia disponível no local (lavar 3 euros / secar 3,50 euros) e ajudou bastante. O bar/restaurante tem opções bem limitadas de refeições, então acho que seria um ponto de melhoria para maior conforto e conveniencia dos hospedes.

Breakfast was extra and we didn’t go, but there was a bakery about 10 seconds walk from the hotel, which serves fresh bread and sandwiches. The room was very clean and everything worked.

This was my 4th stay at Rioca Posto 2 and it continues to be my number one choice whenever I’m in Vienna. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent with easy access to transport links around the city. The rooms are a great size and very well equipped with a small kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, which makes longer stays especially convenient. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and even the soap smelled amazing. I also really enjoy the unique Brazilian theme throughout the hotel — it gives the place a fun and vibrant atmosphere that stands out from typical hotels. Overall, another great stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

Amazing room, well cleaned, working kitchen and television. Staff were very kind and helpful when we had questions. Location was great, tram stop nearby and easy travel. Overall amazing stay.

Awesome stay in Vienna, with the perfect amount of Brazilian flair. The location is fairly good, despite not being on top of any major station, it is just 8 min walking from the S7, which takes you to the airport. The room was spacious, super clean with everything you could need. The breakfast is the best! With true “pão de queijo” (a cheese flavored bread typical from Minas Gerais), and excellent variety of fruit.

No fan/AC so forced to have window open which lets in cigarette smoke if someone is smoking outside

Her açıdan mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Özellikle gittiğim üniversitede bütün günümü geçirdikten sonra çok kısa zamanda otele ulaşıp daha sonrasında da istediğim yerleri gezme fırsatım oldu. Bu noktada da kolay ulaşım imkanı sayesinde ziyaret etmek istediğim her yeri çok rahat bir şekilde gezebildim. Ayrıca sakin ve rahat odamda gönlümcede dinlenebildim. Herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

Overall I’m happy enough with my stay but I’m going to leave an honest review. So, linens and bathroom were clean which is obviously very important. The bed was very comfortable which is also a huge plus. The hotel felt much more like a hostel than I expected based on the photos and description. The lighting in the room was difficult - there was overhead lighting but no lamp that could be moved and really no gentle lighting at all except for the LED strip behind the bed. So either harsh light or very dim light. We also found it quite difficult to manage our possessions without taking up spaces meant for food prep and dining. We had to keep windows closed due to excessive cigarette smoke coming in, so it was very hot. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for transit and groceries. So as I said, overall good but expecting some of the compromises might have made them feel less jarring for us.

Its a very modern, well-kept hotel with a Brazillian theme. Staff was very friendly, hotel is in an extremely convenient location close to major bus and train lines. The free coffee and social atmosphere in the lobby is nice. One big downside for me was the lack of controllable air conditioning in the room. I like a cool room for sleeping, preferably with a fan running too, and the room didn't have access to either, with only a note saying that room tempurature is out of their hands. Each evening, my room was quite hot after I got back from walking around town all day. Also, there was no trash can in the room aside from a extremely tiny one in the bathroom.

The room was clean and there was nothing major to complain about. I did not add breakfast to the booking, and it was nice to have free coffee machine at the lobby, and the coffee did taste good. Cleaning was done after three nights of stay, but I was not informed about this in advance. The kitchen was practical and included a pan and a pot for cooking, as well as two small plates and some cutlery. There was also a dishwasher, although it felt impractical considering the limited number of dishes provided. The staff were okay: some were friendly, while others felt a bit robotic. What surprised me the most was that loud music suddenly started playing in the middle of the night from the bathroom. I then realised that the mirror also functions as a Bluetooth speaker, and apparently a neighbour had connected their phone to the mirror in my room.
