We do not recommend this hotel during summer, or you are a non smoker, or you do not live in a community building. There was no airconditioning, no fan, no refrigerator. Since it is situated in an apartment complex, people living in the apartment smoke and noisy. We messaged the property and no response at all. For the price we paid, this place is not worth it!

Very spacious. AC and proper black out curtains. Useful to have a kitchenette and minifridge. Even had a swing in the room. Supermarket nearby, bakery right next door. Free coffee in the morning in the lobby even if you don’t pay for breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Was worth every penny. Will stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but found that some basic amenities were lacking; ironing board in the room, only shampoo and hand soap available, etc

Great property. Room was beautiful. Location was great - two street trains and a subway within a block. Good neighborhood. Just a great place to stay in Vienna.

The room was so peaceful and cool, especially as it was mid to late 30s outside. They don't have air conditioning but a different system which keeps the rooms cool and they just ask you to keep the blinds and curtains drawn to keep it cool. We had a busy weekend travelling to the Grand Prix, but the hotel was the perfect base to return to each evening to just chill and relax. Would definitely return here

Wirklich alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Kein besseres Preis/Leistung Verhältnis was Hotels in Wien anbelangt gesehen. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder auf euch zurück für meinen nächsten Wien Trip.

Es war mein dritter Besuch in diesem Hotel und das nicht ohne Grund! Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar

Die Zimmer waren sauber und man konnte auf Grund er Größe gut bewegen. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und man konnte jede Angelegenheit gleich klären. Einziges Manko: Das Frühstück ist ziemlich einfallslos und sehr einseitig.. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren. PS: Hervorragend war auch, dass man seine Wäsche mit der "Appwash" App waschen konnte.

Un séjour parfait à Vienne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait ! L'établissement est très joli, d'une propreté irréprochable et le personnel est absolument adorable et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, agréables et équipées de tout le confort nécessaire. Un énorme plus pour la kitchenette avec son grand réfrigérateur, ce qui est super pratique. L'emplacement est lui aussi idéal : les transports en commun sont juste à côté, et on trouve une supérette ainsi que plusieurs restaurants à deux pas. Bref, rien à redire, nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Very good location, close to public transportation and about an hour walk to the city center if you feel adventurous. The room was very clean and well equipped. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay.

Everything was amazing i enjoyed my stay only an air-conditioned rooms are needed ..it gets hot in the summer that was the only downside

We loved staying at Rioca! The staff was wonderful. Every single staff person answered our many questions and gave us tips on where to go, how to get there, and what to see and where to eat. All written down for us. Staff always checked in with us when we returned from our daily adventures. Invaluable information, thank you!!! A lovely bar/restaurant right next door. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood close to public transportation. Our room 5 stars. Highly recommend and will stay again when we come back to Vienna.

Great stay! The people were very friendly and helpful. They gave great advice as well about the city and they helped me with getting the Vienna City Pass. The room was clean and spacious and I liked the way it was decorated. Colorful, tropical vibe.

Odalar temiz ve genişti. Mutfak alanı vardı. Bulaşık Makinesi, mikrodalga fırın, buzdolabı mevcuttu. Ayrıca tüm gereçler düşünülerek mutfak dolaplarına yerleştirilmişti. Personel ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısını denemediğim için yorum yapamayacağım. Kahvaltıyı odamızda yaptık. Yakında Süpermarketler vardı. Ücretsiz kahve ikramları vardı. Ulaşım çok kolaydı. St Marx tren istasyonu, otobüs ve tramvay ulaşımına çok yakın. Tramvay ile iki durak sonra metro istasyonundasınız. Bölge sakin ve güzeldi. Havaalanından S7 ile ulaşım sağladığınız da ST Marx istasyonunu kullanabiliyorsunuz.
