A little bit far from Sakuragicho, center of Minato-Mirai, and Yokohama Station area. Otherwise, excellent high end hotel.

初めて泊まった。 東京パレスホテルによく宿泊してプールで泳いでたが、ウェスティンホテルの方が新しくて、とても環境の良い作りだと思った。ストレス解消した。また泊まりたいと思った。

Buffet was absolutely spectacular. Also I had a corner room which was pretty amazing with views and high tech, including blackout curtains and super quiet as well.

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed!

Great property but far from Tokyo just so you know.

We had an excellent time. Everything around the property is very nice. The amenities and staff are all amazing. Traveling with a small child and sharing space can be difficult but we felt comfortable and accommodated the whole time. There’s lots to do in this area and it’s very clean and safe. The hotel staff were so helpful through pre booking and when we left to our next destination.

We had an amazing time in Yokohama and at the Westin! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time in Japan and with a small child so we were clueless and felt taken care of by the hotel staff along the way. The facilities are very nice and there’s lots to do and walk to around the hotel. Andrew was very kind and had recommendations and travel guidance when we asked. I will also add that I corresponded with the staff months in advance with questions I had and was met with kindness and helpfulness the whole time. Thank you!

清潔感がある。White Teaで統一されたアメニティも万人受けする。ベッドが海外仕様の高さでクッション性も良いため、寝心地が良かった。バスローブも上質感がある。電車の通過音がやや気になかったが、全体的には静寂なホテル。みなとみらいの海は見えない。 スパの施術は普通です。35,000円90分コースはそれなり。感動はなかった。朝食メニューは多彩ながら、パンは硬く冷たいが、6時30分からの提供はありがたかった。チェックアウト12時も会員登録で13時に延長して頂いたため、朝からプール2時間独り占めできた。プールロケーション最高。

A beautiful hotel, the views from the rooms and lounge reception are stunning. The staff are exceptional and the buffet breakfast is the best I've encountered. 10/10

Great location, with Minatomirai station less than 5 min away. Mark Is and Queens Square have everything you'd ever need. The staff were great, and the hotel is beautiful. Def more modern than some of its contemporaries. We will def be staying here again. Cheers

部屋は清潔感があり、ゆったりと過ごせました。クラブラウンジでは、夜、お酒を飲むなどホテルならではのリラックスした時間が過ごせます。

The hotel was great. I enjoyed staying there. They offer nice breakfast buffets. The pool and sauna access cost 3300 yen, maybe it could be better if that is included. The area around the hotel also good, many malls and restaurants. For the pool, I thought it should be better if they can serve drinks or beverage such as a cup of coffee there.

Confusing maze like building. Need time to get used to bldg configuration divided section with glass dividers and doors. Gym locker ID code is too small very hard to read to set numbers and alphabet . Staff are very polite .
