Besides the unique Rotorua aroma, we were very happy with how spacious our room was for the four of us. This meant we weren’t tripping o we each other when relaxing before bed or getting flames to go out. Kitchen amenities were perfect for our needs and the staff were helpful and friendly when we a so Jed for more milk. An enjoyable experience and value for money in our view. Thank you 😊

Great renovated property. Room was huge with everything you could need. Clean and comfortable. Rooms not serviced daily but extra towels were provided easily on request. Parking lot can get full at busy times. No lift. No locks on the inside of the doors.

Large room and good bathroom. Sticky floors and very dusty room. Bed too soft. Overall condition was ok. Not walkable to town centre but it’s quite spread out

Quite and clean

The staff members were good and very helpful (thanks Manish!!! He helped a lot with the choice of activities around the area and choose a restaurant for my birthday. We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. A little kitchen was useful. The big and a beautiful bathroom was a surprise. Thanks Rotorua for my special birthday!

Good location, given handicap room, which had larger bathroom. Lacking in mirrors in bedrooms. Reasonable value

Great stay and handy to everything. Efficient check in and we had our own wee patio and pool. Beds comfy and were able to check in slightly earlier. Would definitely stay again.

Shower barely had water pressure and could not get any cold water - had to hold washcloth to soak up volcanically hot water and let it cool. Might as well have used the sink! It’s also challenging to park here even with a small car. Limited and awkward spaces.

2 adultes et 2 enfants . Bon accueil et rapide. Parking correct, chambre agréable, spacieuse et le nécessaire pour la cuisine bien organisé. Emplacement super , non loin des parcs et des grandes surfaces.

Great place to stay, only issue can be the parking if large vehicles block off other parks. But would stay here again. Clean, friendly staff, close to everything

I bedroom suite was very clean. Bathroom shower was exceptional.

Simple, cheap, and cheerful. Provides exactly what it says it will on the website. Nothing flash but does the job!

Good location, nice yard

Overall nice, but not perfect property. AC was broken, management made it right, upgraded is to a 2 bedroom. Parking spaces are a little tight. A little dirty here and there.
