Excellent choice

Can’t beat the location, walkable to so many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bars, etc. It is a beautifully designed luxury hotel, the lobby and seating areas are so cool and great photo ops. The room was high-end and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. My only negative experience was upstairs at the rooftop lounge which had terrible choice in music, best described as dated club music, and it was too loud to ignore. I really would have loved to enjoy the beautiful rooftop every day of our trip but the music made it impossible. Put on something that fits the town and vibes please!

Fantastic location in Jackson Hile. The Bistro restaurant is very good. The walk-ability around Jackson Hole is excellent.

Very expensive for the room size/first floor rooms are glass wall facing the sidewalk…need to shut curtains all day…no sunlight/no view…great location

Nice hotel, great aesthetic; service was fine, but felt selective. Didn’t allow an hour later checkout. Hotel restaurant is overpriced, but the food is adequate.

The Cloudveil is a high-end luxury hotel in the heart of Jackson. Its central location is walkable to amazing restaurants, art galleries and gift shops. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We did not rent a car while in Jackson. We used a local car service from the airport and the hotel’s town car (Range Rover Defender) for trips to the rodeo and Snow King. The lobby is very relaxing, expertly decorated and equipped with games. I am a T1D and the hotel provided a medical refrigerator for my insulin. There were also complimentary snacks in the pantry that put my mind at ease in case of a low blood sugar and I was out of my snacks. My husband enjoyed the Happy Hour at The Bistro and their Old Fashions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Paper thin walls. We were up all night and could hear people in the next room. Why would you put the coffee away at 7am???

Lovely in every way....the staff is excellent, friendly and service minded. The property is phenomenal. The rooms fabulous...the bed...extra comfy. All the extras and details ...fantastic!!

Overall I appreciate the decor and style of the hotel. For the price I expected more, it felt as though they did the bare minimum. The housekeeping did a great job. Just wish I’d didn’t feel like I was being milked for every penny.
