Location is very comfortable. Furniture is pretty old, but overall clean. Unfortunately breakfast moved from the restaurant to the cellar, and lost in optic and also quality.

Pretty average hotel with great location.

Perus siisti hotelli. Aamupala ei mikään valtavan laaja, mutta silti hyvä. Huone oli ilman ilmastointia, joten kuuma oli, onneksi ikkunan sai auki.

Floors very untidy.

Edullinen. Erinomainen aamupala..jopa kaurapuuroa👌. Sijainti ei voisi olla parempi. 10/10.

I stayed for a week, and enjoyed the large room with seating furniture. And the price was good, I brought my AppleTV and could see my TV-things on the wall-mounted TV, which was good to have. There was only bath soap for the shower, so I was glad to bring shampoo and conditioner. Cleaning was good and only when you requested it, perfect in my book. The fridge was useful. The location is very good, just next to the Viru Gate and with in-house cafe and restaurant. Breakfast is served until 10.30 and 11 which I found very useful too, and checkout is at 12, also very good. I hate early checkouts. The room also had a water boiler, which I didn't use, but really a nice thing to have. The service was very friendly in general.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Altstadt, direkt hinter der Stadtmauer. Dadurch konnten wir zu Fuß alles erreichen. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The double room I booked was very small and the bed was tired and not particularly comfortable. The shower was fine, however, and the hotel is conveniently situated for the old town. I thought the cost was pretty exorbitant considering that it didn’t include breakfast.

It is charming like a Sowjetclinic. The Beds are no real beds. How shall I describe the view out of the window, the wall of the other building is 1 Meter away. In the night you don't have to go in a night club, if you wish to hear music. If you wan't to sleep, impossible. The breakfast is not really that bad, but not that good. They have advertisements where they tell you that dieect bookers have room upgrade... So I guees the issue was not booking direct. Positive, the parking lot and you are direct in the old town.

Good facility and clean, perfect location. Breakfast included. Onsite restaurant. WIFI a little slow. Whole room including Bathroom is small though.

Had business in Tallinn and decided to try Rixwell. Location is very good in the old town, close to both restaurants, bars and shopping. I think it is quite torn and need renovation. Staff is doing their job but could and should be much more friendly. Poor breakfast with swedish measures, but it will take you through the day.

Outstanding place, perfectly for strolling the streets of old town.

The Hotel was very convenient to everything in old Town. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good.

Erinomainen hinta/laatusuhde. Huoneen vieressä ollut yökerho tuotti meteliä läpi yön, korvatulppia suosittelen mukaan.

Olimme varanneet kaksi huonetta. Sängyt olivat hyvät samoin tyynyt. Kylpyhuoneita voisi hieman päivittää. Aamupala ei ollut kovin runsas mutta kyllä vatsan sai täyteen. Ainut ilävä asia oli kun ystäviemme huoneen ovi ei toiminut. Ensimmäisenä iltana ovikortin uusinta auttoi. Seuraavana iltana ovi ei auennut edes yleisavaimella. Huoltomiehet lopulta saivat oven auki. Hotelli itsessään on aivan loistavalla paikalla Tallinnassa.

Loistava sijainti. Perushotelli. Hyvä aamiainen. Sängyt nähneet jo parhaat päivänsä.

Very good hotel, great location, friendly staff. I look forward to staying there again.
