Desde que llegas al hotel todos te atienden muy bien. Todos son extremadamente profesionales y muy amables. Desde un principio de explican todo lo que incluye el hotel en tu estadía. El desayuno buffet es excelente y todo es extremadamente limpio y organizado. Todos los trabajadores son muy amables y siempre están listos a ayudar. Nosotros nos quedamos en un cuarto para familia y estuvimos extremadamente cómodos. Todos los días regresábamos a un cuarto limpio. El baño es grande y limpio. No tenemos ninguna queja todos los días regresábamos como a casa después de un largo día conociendo Cusco. Recomiendo este hotel a todo el que aprecia la buena atención y amabilidad durante su estadía.

We booked the family suite and the pictures on the website are exactly how the rooms look. Super clean, staff is exceptional. Breakfast buffet had many choices and dinner was great. Oxygen on hand if you need it. Would definitely book here again if we ever come back to Cusco.

The hotel was very good, staff amazingly helpful and attentive. Restaurant was good, food excellent. We lunched, dined and had an exceptional breakfast. We could not complain about the noise since we both using ear plugs. The hotel is 10 min walk from city the center.Highly recommend.

Was absolutely great wonderful breakfast but make sure you do not get a room next to the street or you will never be able to sleep as the windows very soon. The street cars are right next to the windows.

Great place and the staff are helpful. Request a non street side room as you will not be able to sleep as the outside room door/window does not seal. That’s a big concern if you want to sleep.

Hotel needs some updating-lots of 80’s style gold embellishments. Sheets and towels were worn and scratchy. In addition to that, the fire alarm went off twice. Once at 1-2 am and again at 4-5 am. We requested a refund for the night but was refused.

Hotel and room was clean and staff were friendly.

We had a large room with a king bed in this traditional hotel. The staff was very attentive greeting us with tea upon arrival and making breakfast to go when we left early for our Inca trail trek. We walked easily around Cusco from this location.

Very clean good location at a good price

The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and attentive, even when my mom wasn’t feeling so well because of the altitude. They did everything in their power to help her recover. The only downside was the breakfast and restaurant. The food was just ok.

We are a family of four and this hotel offers family rooms. We had an excellent experience. The hotel is situated within Cusco’s historic district but a few blocks away from the main Plaza which we liked because it was within walking distance but also away from all the hustle and bustle. This place takes care of all your needs - big and small. Nice hot shower early morning, good breakfast, excellent room cleanliness, filtered water available (you do need to drink a lot of water), etc...

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. The big issue was the noise. Very loud inside the hotel in the early morning and at night.

This hotel is breathtaking. The buffet breakfast is extensive and delicious. The staff are overly helpful which we can’t thank them enough. The room is comfy, clean and spacious enough. The detail in the authenticity of the historical appeal to your every sense. It is gorgeous. Definitely stay here it’s beautiful.

I was pleaseantly surprised. Staff was very helpful, and the hotel was very nice with alot to do near by like shops restaurants.

Dans certaines chambres, il y a énormément de bruit ( chambre en coin donnant dans le hall au deuxième étage) et d autres au 4etage sont très bien . Sinon personnel très professionnel
