Clean rooms, smooth check-in and check-out. Hotel is very conveniently located. Valet parking is a great add-on as parking is hard to find in Jamnagar. Overall, highly recommend

Room was clean and good as expected. However some other days have to request cleaner to clean the floor area properly as needed to be vacuumed which was not done properly on everyday basis but was done once requested.

In buona posizione, ma difficile uscire da soli. Scarsa la colazione per occidentali. Pessimo Wi-Fi che continua a saltare su dispositivi Apple. Stanza ampia e pulita. Super raccomando farsi mettere in stanza che da sul retro, le stanze che danno sulla strada sono decisamente troppo rumorose

Good hotel in a tough city, located right in the center. Rooms are large and clean, breakfast is vey good with many Indian food choices. Service is very friendly and professional. Lot's of dining and shopping options close to the hotel

The hotel is not as good as it is being rated. I have booked the hotel for myself and my colleagues. It was so horrible in terms of service, food and amenities that one of my colleague had to change the hotel after first night. Entire hotel had a strange kind of smell (not good). One of the room did not had enough hot water and it wasn't fixed after repeated calls. The breakfast area had wet sofas and no “Caution” sign for it. Two of us sat on the wet sofa and got our pants wet. Had to change our dress in the morning while we were going to the office. Breakfast items were not enough and wasn't made available after asking repeatedly. Coffee wasn’t served even after 30 min. of order. After all of this, I requested management to refund for my rest of days booking and they were so rude that they were offering me free meal but no refund. This is certainly not expected from a reputed hotel. The management did not show any customer centric behaviour. Please do not go there unless you want to waste your money. There are better hotel at lower price around.
