Very comfortable stay close to the amazing Uluru.

Communications were nil prior to the stay after many attempts to reach the hotel and Ayers Rock resort. The toilet was stained, sink cracked, wifi fine, breakfast VERY expensive and not booked even though I asked to charge to the room upon arrival. I had to return to the front desk and ask the attendant to rebook at the discounted rate of $39 pp iso $49pp at the restaurant. Many other issues for a hotel that charges over $600 a night. I don’t recommend this hotel for any reasons, however they have a monopoly for Uluru so you may not have much choice.

Our room is a bit further away from the main lobby, although there is a walkway to the room, but some are covered and some are not, so it is not ideal and inconvenient when rained. We had be warned of inserts and bugs in Uluru. However we did not expect we get cockroach, bugs and centipede in our room! Overall the Uluru trip was excellent , especially the Sunset Journey experience , Uluru-Kata Tjuta national park tour and the field of light. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to the township and other resorts. We will definitely visit Uluru again but it will be in Winter season.

Given the resort location, you are a captive audience, which pushes up the price. While the pictures make it look fancier than it is, it was comfortable in the 40 degree heat and the air con worked hard. Great restaurant.

Very pleasant stay with family. Staff is good

The national park was a 10 minute drive away. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with an excellent choice. There were good free experiences to get to know about the history of Uluru.

Restaurant had excellent food, bar was well stocked + made the best mocha coffees I've had in my 5 weeks in AU. Staff was friendly, helpful + efficient, but always with plenty of time to assist in the best experiences. Truly a most enjoyable stay.

Room was very clean and food at the restaurants was excellent

The resort is becoming run down and is in need of repairs. Room floors were not cleaned. Wait staff seemed unmotivated to provide services. Pool was closed and we saw no one working to clean it up over the three days we were there.

The bathroom floor needs to be mopped daily; additionally the room carpet needs to be vacuumed daily as well; for a dessert location, the AC was adequate during the day but seemed to be dialed back at night; finally, the laundry room was a mess needs to tidied up at least once a day; also the property could use a paint refresher on the exterior

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée. Climatisation efficace. Excellent restaurant, que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner ou repas dans la journée. Le prix de la chambre est élevé, mais il faut le rapporter à la situation dans le désert loin des grandes villes avec une logistique sans doute coûteuse.
