Convenient location across the street from the Basilicas, short walking distance to local shops & bakeries. Staff very friendly and helpful. Accompanied breakfast was plentiful, so much so that I felt guilty that we didn’t eat everything they brought us - I hope they have a way to either donate to the few homeless or somehow repurpose the food. Rooms were clean and modern. Light switches in the room took getting acquainted with, probably because we are Americans. Loved they use refillable bottled water. Great experience, would stay again if we return to Fátima. Obrigada!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, die Doppelzimmer für jeweils eine Person waren gut ausgestattet und sauber, das Ambiente sehr ansprechend. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Parkgarage ist kostenfrei vorhanden. Warum manche das Frühstückskonzept nicht verstehen, ist mir unverständlich, man erhält direkt an den Tisch eine Etagere mit einer Auswahl an Brot, Gebäck, Wurst, Käse, Obst und Marmelade serviert. Zusätzlich kann man sich am Buffet noch Müsli usw. Eier, Gebäck, Obst und frische Säfte holen, Kaffee wird serviert, es ist auch ein Kaffeevollautomat vorhanden. Wir hatten zusätzlich Halbpension gebucht, das Abendessen war durchwegs hervorragend und für 7 Tage hat die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte ausgereicht. Vielen Dank an das Team Mercure Fatima, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Excelente hotel. Bem ao lado do Santuário , fomos a pé à noite ao Santuário para participar do terço e procissão das velas, havia segurança e movimento na rua em frente ao hotel. Quarto muito confortável, cama grande e roupas de cama limpas. Excelente café da manhã, a equipe prepara um kit com produtos regionais especialmente para cada mesa. Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa.

First, the location is FANTASTIC if you want to spend quality time at the Sanctuary of Fatima. It's just 100 steps to the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity. Second, the staff there are great. Very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Third, the room is comfortable and well designed! So many power points/outlets. WiFi was strong. I'll stay here again!!!

Loved the room, very modern, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was out of this world and the service excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and cost effective.
