A beautiful Inn located a short walk from the main drag in Oban. It's right on the water, and a walkway along the bay takes you into town. The restaurant and bar are good, and very comfortable. The room was very nice, and upgraded. Our particular room was a bit small, but that didn't take away from the comfort and charm.

The hotel and our room was visually well decorated and quirky. Our room was unreasonably hot without the heater even being on. The temperature outside being approximately 13o. We could not open our window as some sort of generator was right outside. Noisey and possibly the source of the heat in our room?? The breakfast was again visually gorgeous and the breakfast selections ample.

Lovely room. Only complaint was that tge room was tiny.

Våra söner rum låg in i en korridor och var väldigt stort o fint. Min man och jag hade ett rum precis ovanför trappan och det var trångt med två resväskor! Dessutom ngt konstigt med ventilationen för både på kvällen och morgonen stank det av matos i rummet vilket var väldigt äckligt. Fick spraya lite parfym i luften för att kunna somna! Annars perfekt läge och fin frukost. Men med det priset borde man kunna begära fungerande ventilation!

Beautiful hotel, helpful and attentive staff, incredible views. The breakfast was lovely and the restaurant was one of the best we tried in town. Would definitely go back.

Our room had broken blinds a few light bulbs out and a VERY temperamental shower.

Breakfast very good, lots of choice from daily menu. Hallways and rooms all decorated in very dark colours, black in many cases. Room small.

Sehr schönes Hotel, optisch top. Zimmer zwar klein, aber auch superschön. Leider ziemlich hellhörig und Restaurant/Essbereich sehr klein. Es war aber alles super organisiert und das Essen an sich war wirklich sehr gut, wir haben dort gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Das Personal war am ersten Abend irgendwie komisch drauf, als hätten sie Stress miteinander. Dadurch wirkten sie irgendwie unfreundlich. Am Morgen waren aber alle sehr freundlich und nett.

Fabulous boutique hotel! Beautifully decorated and very cozy. Staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Excellent freshly made breakfast in the morning. Incredible view of the water. Close to attractions, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the hotel was very nice, room was comfortable and the staff extremely pleasant. we did make a comment re our evening meal but hear no more about it (lasagne was dry) i have attempted to make contact with the hotel by phone since our stay on the 14th February but no one seems to pick up phone calls. my query is regarding the addition of VAT added to our bill food and drinks. i did not see any evidence of VAT included or to be added to our bill. my hotel receipt shows at the foot of the bill that "this is not a VAT invoice but your VAT number is included in your footer. is this an error on your part or have i missed this.
