Se esperaron hasta que pagara para decirme que no había agua caliente. Y al día siguiente no nos pudimos bañar. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta con mucho ruido de la calle

Short but good stay. Receptionist went over and beyond to make arrangements for us.

Area around the property was a bit run dow and industrial looking. Restaurant dinner was quite good.

There was no hot water in the hotel. They said it would be fixed that evening, even though no one was scheduled to work on it! The window wouldn’t close and the room was 75 degrees. While the open window cooled it a bit, the street noise made it impossible to sleep. Finally the staff lied about the situation when we checked in and again when we left (without showering). Stay away!

Booked the hotel for the night and was not told there was no hot water! Top class looking room but imagine no hot water, atleast say soemthing to us at the front desk when checking in, I wouldn’t have gone there. Also there was no help with bags and the lights in the room were tricky to turn off.

Walkable from the tram stop and just one stop from the airport. Very friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Extremely non-practical bathroom, water always overflows from shower. Also, Hotel had heating on, room was so hot we were told to open window

Windham Gardens in Florence does not give service to their clients (no A/C in rooms, no possibility to open windows, no space in rooms, no restaurant or snack room before 6pm, rude restaurant clerk, no shuttle to airport, hallways smells like toilet rooms). Totally regret choosing that hotel

Nearness to the airport and tram service was a plus. No coffee pot in the room was a minus.

We arrived and the front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. He asked us what language we preferred to speak, as he was multi- lingual. He explained everything well, and the room was comfortable and modern. The front desk staff assisted us several times with calling a taxi. The buffet breakfast had a nice selection as well.

Great hotel if you need to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. Very helpful staff.

Wyndham Garden Florence was the perfect place to stay near the airport. There were onsite dining options, bright reception areas, and clean and uncluttered rooms. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, answering all questions about dining and arranged taxi transport to the airport for an early flight. Highly recommend this hotel.
