Fue una experiencia horrible. El hotel dice prohibido fumar pero el olor a marihuana era 24/7. Un hotel descuidado y sucio. En la noche las demás personas no te dejaban dormir por el ruido. Hice un reclamo a la página HOTELS para un reembolso total y no me hicieron caso. Luego pedí al menos un 30% de reembolso por la horrible estadía pero tampoco me hicieron caso. Última vez que reservo en esta plataforma.

Will never stay there again. Towels where stained with yellow marks. Had to buy sheets because sheets had stain. False advertising about parking when in reality there are only 5 spaces which staff occupy

The room was not exactly shown on the picture. The infrastructure such as toilet and lights were not working great. The room also had low wifi signal. Noise was also loud. I was in the basement area instead of higher level.

The bed was suppppper comfortable, but they don’t have private parking and we had to park street side

the man in frondesk is not flexible with arrival..I arrived 11am and he said i have to wait for 3pm check in time! They should be flexible for travellers that arrives early

Horrible neighborhood, noisy and creepy. Threadbare linens and grayish towels. Unruly AC.

The is no parking and then I didn’t stay over there I stayed in other hitel

This hotel should be avoided by anyone who wants a good clean place to stay. It's very dirty and I wonder if they ever clean the place. And very noisy I had to leave earlier instead of staying at that dump

Needs better management

Nice hotel room and stuff. Clean. Only 2 issues: 1) saying that this hotel provides parking is not 100% true. They only have about 4 or 5 parking spots. So, if you are driving, be prepared to look for parking elsewhere more likely than not. 2) shower gel dispenser barely dispenses the gel. You have to pump multiple times, making for a rather lengthy shower. Needs fixing/adjusting. Other than that, good hotel room.

It was a basic room, cheap towels and washcloths.only git 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. Broken wall light over bed.
