Our stay at this accommodation was simply excellent. The modern and aesthetically pleasing design creates a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The two-story unit offers spacious living with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen—everything you could need. One of the highlights was the free parking in the underground garage, which added to our convenience. A small note: towels are only changed after four days, which wasn't an issue for us but might be relevant for others. Additional services such as extra towel changes or cleaning are available at an extra cost. The location in Las Palmas is very good for exploring the city itself; however, it’s quite far from Maspalomas and other beautiful spots on the island. Also, keep in mind that Las Palmas tends to be cooler and cloudier compared to Maspalomas, so plan accordingly if you're looking for warmer weather. A minor disappointment was the check-in experience: a significantly lower price (~300 € less) was displayed locally upon arrival. It might be worth booking directly through the provider to secure the best rate. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation—modern, comfortable, and well-located within Las Palmas. It provided us with a memorable stay!

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, instalaciones muy modernas, muy centrico y con la gran ventaja de disponer de plaza de garaje. El apartamento muy limpio y bien mantenido, ha sido una estancia muy grata.

Un appartement moderne et décoré avec goût, tranquille, lits confortables, près de la plage et des restaurants et cafés. Les transports sont à deux minutes.

This property is well located being 2 blocks from the beach, but not too close to the noise and hubbub. Restaurants and shops are close, and there is a nice bakery a short walk away. The apartment is well laid out and efficient. We appreciated the modern AC as well. We had a minor problem with the plumbing and the hosts were helpful and quickly addressed it. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the underground parking too. We would stay here again.

Impossible to get hold of staff. Not able to access my room even though i arrived at the time slot specified in my booking. No one answered phone, no one answered email. hopeless!

Excellent accommodation and central to all amenities

Le bâtiment est magnifique et bien placé (près de la plage). Les appartements sont magnifiques également, très grands, très bien équipés. Le premier bémol est que c'est assez bruyant (rue très passante, voisins...). Mais le plus dérangeant est qu'il n'y jamais personne à l'accueil : tout se fait par internet !

Super appartement, très moderne, bien équipé, propre et calme (appartement donnant sur la cours interieur). L'emplacement est top puisqu'on est à quelquds mètres d'un Supermarché et la Plage. La communication via Whatsapp était très bonne et les indications sont claires pour pouvoir entrer dans l'appartement en toute autonomie. Le personnel que l'on peut croiser est très gentil et serviable. Le parking gratuit est un vrai confort. Nous recommandons !
