Located within walking distance to Bryant Park, great coffee houses, and Koreatown and within a short taxi ride to Broadway and Theatre District restaurants.

Rooms were small but modern bathroom and very comfortable beds. Great position on 39th St, so close to everything.

Chambre superbe au 23eme étage avec vue directe sur l’Empire, c’était un séjour juste fabuleux dans un superbe hôtel. Emplacement extrêmement central. Au final, nous n’avons pris le métro que 3 fois (nous avons beaucoup marché mais l’hôtel est vraiment extrêmement bien situé, très près et pourtant si loin de tout le bruit de Times Square). Petit dej top également et personnel très agréable. Le seul reproche que nous pourrions faire, s’il fallait qu’on en fasse un, est l’isolation de la porte de la chambre qui n’est pas bonne. On entend les portes des chambres claquer mais ce n’est pas ce qui nous empêchera de revenir…loin de là !

Great access to Bryant Park and Times Square area but without being in the thick of it. Really enjoyed the room design and very fast elevators!

The room was big city small but big city cool - it was nicely appointed and the staff was great. Bed was firm and comfortable. Nicely decorated. There were a couple of service glitches when we had a late lunch at the hotel restaurant but Christopher made it right and then took great care of us with a comp and wonderful attentive advice for our next two days. Nice that the room window was open-able for us to get a little springtime fresh air. Our room was on 16th floor and it was very quiet, no traffic noise.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung und das Personal hilfsbereit. Für vier Personen gibt es nur einen Nachttisch. Wenn man außen schläft, hat man keine Lampe zum Lesen. Im Bad gibt es nur einen Haken für Handtücher. Handtücher von vier Personen nach dem Duschen aufzuhängen somit schwierig. Es gab keinen mini Kühlschrank o.ä. Zimmer für vier Personen mit Koffern sehr eng. Aber das ist wohl so in NYC.

Staff is very helpful and nice. Did not like that the roof top was closed for the season. It’s the end of April! And other rooftops are open
