La temperatura del agua de la regadera fue un gran problema. O quemaba o era helada. La respuesta del personal de la propiedad era que así era el calentador y debía adaptarme. Dejé el hotel, sólo estuve una de las tres noches. Quedaron de reembolsarme las dos noches no usada, pero después de horas de comunicación se negaron. Tengo la comunicación grabada. Argumentaban que debía pedírselos la app de Hotels.com que por cierto nunca me respondieron.

The staff was great. I really liked that Hotel Luca contacted me via whatsapp a few days prior to my arrival to coordinate airport pick up and to finalize other check-in details. This was very handy.

The hotel is nice and the area is fantastic. The room was perfect for a short stay, only that the curtains didn't fully closed and the street lamp lighted the bedroom all night.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood with a wonderful coffee shop downstairs. My room was clean, spacious, but lacked design style (no art), which was surprising for the area. Overall, I had a good stay at Hotel Luca.

Hotel Luca was a safe, clean, quiet, beautiful place to stay as a solo traveler. I would definitely stay there again if I returned to Mexico City!

Boutique hotel, donc niveau de service faible (pas de gym, pas de salle de travail, menu petit déjeuner imposé), pas de late checkout alors que l’hôtel semblait presque vide. Chambre standard pour un 4* mais lit très confortable. Par contre quartier très agréable.
