It was an amazing stay! Very nice location, with kitchen facilities and necessary utensils (even blender, you can prepare your favourite smoothies!). The apartment is renovated and very clean. The staff at the reception is polite and helpful. There are, though, a few things I suggest: - have more stainless-steel pans - upgrade the bathroom showerhead for better pressure.

Predatory No accommodation for people with disabilities

Arriving at property, we were advised via email that we could check in at 3:45pm and our electronic access would work. On arrival the unit was not ready, not cleaned and our contact had gone home for the day. A female employee came to our unit over 24 hours later to apologise, however the damage was done. The unit was comfortable and in a good location.

Place is extra secured. You get an email with instructions to enter. Place is very nice.

We loved everything about it , location , clean , staff was awesome stuff was sent to wrong email but they got it all fixed & straightened out. Loved that we had a washer & dryer , especially with kiddos. Kids loved the pool & we all enjoyed the resterant next door Ted’s Bulletin it’s a must to eat there everything was delicious!! When we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, super easy check in and out same as parking. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I will stay in any other location they have in our next trips! I highly recommend this place.

Excellent location near the Capitol

Parking was great. but the gate was locked at 4am in the morning when I first got there. I had called customer service. They lady on the phone sounded very low and she told me the front desk staff could help with the gate. My husband went to the front desk, while I waited at the gate, and the lady was useless. She did not know anything about the garage and told us to ask the Marriott staff to help us. We were able to get in the garage after 30 minutes of trying to access the garage. But the day shift, the gentlemen were very helpful and answered questions and helped us during our stay. We would definitely rent from this place again. Although, the bathroom shower knob are loose, and the shower door is loose.

Very nice building with lots of amenities

Nice place. Furniture needs updating. The beds were very sub par for a LUXURY room. We had a 2 bedroom and both of the bedrooms had 2 single beds that were probably purchased at a discount furniture store. Not to mention the head boards on all the beds were just placed between the wall and the bed. Really not impressed at all. We will not be staying at any of their properties again.

This is the second summer I stayed here. I am put on a higher floor from last year. Better views. The apt was wonderful as usual. I love everything about it. The location is so close to many convenient locations- supermarkets, pharmacy, food, Metro, etc. what else can I say? I am coming back next year, again!

The security system is too much for short stay

I would stay again. I enjoyed the washer and dryer since we had a 7 day stay. Some repairs were needed but was minor. Walking distance from convenience stores. Parking is expensive.

Great Location, Great Staff

You guys need better communication w/cliebts…better service w/housekeeping…that really needs to be handled better

Would have preferred to meet with a concierge to go over the check-in. i.e. how to get the pool passes, using Latch app, paying for parking, etc… We got off the elevator from the parking garage and didn’t know how to get to our room. Staff at the desk said they weren’t part of your company and couldn’t help us.

The place was great for what we needed. Full size refrigerator, washer and dryer. It was a very nice little place. My only complaints were that they did not have us added to the Latch system when we got there, which was after the 4:00 check in time. And we called to ask for trash bags and a spatchula (only non stick kitchen pots/sheets but only metal spoons in the kitchen) and we were told they couldn't help us because it was the weekend and to ask the downstairs desk for some bags, and that they would have to check to see if a spatchula was available. I asked for bags downstairs and they laughed and said I was given the wrong information and they could not help me. Eventually someone brought us trash bags but we never did receive a spatchula.
