The Hotel's location was superb, you could roll out of bed onto the beach and we were a short drive away form the airport, unfortunately my family and I arrived to several issues, misinformation and shortcomings that made some aspects of our stay, awkward. The staff were super friendly but unfortunately it seems that they were either poorly trained or the hotel was extremely short staffed, ordering drinks or food took very long and then much longer to receive them. We were given some information about the facilities during checking that the rest of the staff kept consistently contradicting. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't the best either.

Food was great, love the variety of fruits, it was clean and modern, staff was attentive and respectful. Love it!

This is a new building and good rooms. Service not good. Almost nobody speaks english. The worst part was when money went missing from my safety box. There is a big sticker on the safety box saying "Whatever happens, we will not take any responsibilty" - so why do they even have a safety box? It is like an invitation for the staff to steal. Very disappointing

I wish the AC is already turn on when I enter the room. Also the chairs and table already on the balcony.

Amazing food… service and staff

The swimming pools were great. Everything was excellent. However, keep in mind, if for whatever reason you need to make cash payments, they do not have that option, they only work with plastic.

Good overall just the blower didn’t work and the AC wasn’t working good either!

Awesome location in the Santa Marta area. Exceptional staff. Great rooms. Only 1 bad meal. Highly recommend

Excelente opción en Santa Marta, hotel nuevo, de 2 años, muy bonito, la habitación amplia, cómoda y moderna, baño amplio y bonito, lindo balcón pero hay que solicitar las sillas, en la habitación las camas pudieran ser queen, que son más cómodas que las dobles, el buffet de desayuno grande y variado y el personal muy atento, sobretodo Andrea, Yaritza y Ma. Jose Definitivamente volvería en próximas ocasiones

El hotel es excelente en todos los sentidos, el personal es increíblemente profesional,la propiedad es hermosa y muy segura! El Hilton es mi segunda casa cada vez que visito santa Marta. El servicio del restaurante es increíble, tanto Yomari como todo el personal son muy amables y profesionales. La Cómoda es una excelente, la playa muy segura , las habitaciones espectaculares,, el hotel en general es espectacular!!!
