El hotel está ubicado en un pequeño pueblo con vistas al lago Leman. La habitación estaba muy bien, el personal amable y servicial. No tomamos el desayuno, nos pareció caro. Otro punto fuerte es el parking gratuito que tiene el hotel.

The bedrooms are aged and in need of refurbishment. The location and views are lovely and dining hall clean but for the cost of the room I would have expected better quality. The pillow was non existent. We arrived late and reception closes at 11pm and no one appears to be available after this time to allow check in or on site to deal with any issues should they arise.

The staff was very professional. We were greeted by Jerôme at the reception, and he was very nice; very helpful. We were impressed by the hotel. And the VIEW over Lake Geneva is unreal.

This hotel was fantastic. Set on a hill overlooking lake Geneva gives fantastic views of the lake and is especially nice at night. The gentleman that welcomed us was very nice and very helpful with our travel plans the next day. I highly recommend staying here.

Great staff. Property is old and dated. Rooms need more colour in them. No hangers in closet and tv is small for the room. Remote did not work.

Hormis la vue, Chambre sale dès l'arrivée : poils sur le lit, murs sales, sol collant, rideaux tachés, télécommande sale et TV qui s'éteint seule. Salle de bain insalubre : joints et mitigeurs sales, humidité, calcaire, aucun produit fourni. Pas de frigo, fenêtres laissant entrer le froid, pas de prises électriques fonctionnant et au niveau des chevets. Je suis resté seulement deux heures avant de quitter l'hôtel. Je n'ai pas séjourné. J’ai juste payé l’hôtel pour repartir immédiatement :(

Das Zimmer war okey, ist nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand. Badezimmer könnte man besser Reinigen, viel kalk, schimmel, WC oder Dusche wo nicht richtig funktioniert....

Le personnel est très gentil, les chambres vues sur lac offrent un panorama exceptionnel, les animaux sont les bienvenus, parking gratuit, bonne literie bref parfait pour nous

Tout s’est bien passé. La vue est juste sublime ! On peut passer la journée à regarder par la fenêtre ! Il fait effectivement chaud dans la chambre, mais en hiver c’est plutôt un plus ! Le petit dej très bon et il y a tout ce qu’il faut !

I really impressed lake Leman. Its so beautiful and historical hotel also they got free parking lot and near the Geneva Airport. That’s why I picked this hotel. Cozy room and enough amenities.

Nice location. Parking handy and a kettle in the room. Good views of the lake from the terrace. However, no bar or restaurant open in the evening, so had to walk into town. It’s very hilly which may affect some.

Accueil sympathique et de bons conseils. Chambre très spacieuse et propre. (petit bémol le cendrier sur la table du balcon était rempli de mégots de cigarettes) .Gros point négatif : Dans la salle de bain, il y a un rideau de douche plutôt qu'une porte et celui-ci est trop court en hauteur. l'eau s'écoule donc dans toute la pièce, lorsque l'on se lave...(ce qui devient vite désagréable). Concernant le petit déjeuner: excellent , la qualité et le choix des produits sont au rendez-vous. La salle de petit déjeuné est très spacieuse et offre une très belle vue sur le lac Léman. Hôtel bien placé géographiquement, proche de la gare. Globalement une très bonne adresse, je recommande.
