Lovely staff, clean, well equipped room, beautiful courtyard garden

Self checkin was a new experience. Room was ok. Basic no frills. Shower was powerful but could have done with been regrouted or bleached. Walls were thin could hear the chap next door snoring

I had just a single room but it was pleasantly spacious after other BnB places recently, though others admittedly, were in town locations.

We needed to stay in Abingdon to visit a relative in hospital. This was an ideal place to stay. It was a lovely setting, a beautiful walk into town, and within easy reach of cafes and facilities. The room was good for us, and the breakfast cabin was excellent. Very friendly and helpful service

This is first time we booked this accommodation and found parking was feeling safe and away from the noise traffic.

Absolutely terrible experience. Building is actually old stables converted to small rooms. Very basic but this is not the issue. The issue was the smell in the room, very strong chemical odour. Dead insects are indicating it was some sort of insecticide. It was so strong that I've got headache, heartburn and it's triggered asthma so requested solution. I've been shown another room but it was actually worse. After 30 mins I called reception but they havent answer or returned call. Contacted Expedia same result they couldn't get hold of them. I left the property after just over an hour unable to air out chemical smell or speak to anyone to resolve the issue despite owner seen me through the massive window leaving. I had to book another hotel nearby to sleep. I wouldn't be upset about it if owner would speak to me and try to find solution but instead I've been ignored what is not great when owner ignores health concern of the guest.

We are visiting from Australia and this place is absolutely awesome! Amazing location yet within walking distance to pubs / restaurants and town centre. Incredibly quiet being in a country setting and lots of opportunities for walks by the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to have breakfast outside in the lovely garden. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend!

Lovely B&B. Nice and quite. Rooms clean and comfortable. Self check in. Nice breakfast area and guests are able to use the kitchen facilities during the day. Would stay again.

Self-check-in without issues. The shower in my bathroom was broken, I was moved to a different room with a functional shower in the bathroom. Room and bathroom clean. The room heating was intermittent, at times a bit chilly in the evening. The breakfast was fine, but rather spartan. None of the breakfast items stereotypical for the UK: no baked beans, no sausage. Also no cheese, no bacon, no salami, no tomatoes, no cucumber. Friendly and helpful staff though.

Great farm setting, quiet & peaceful little village style accommodation. It is very convenient location.
